we had a great time!!! clean and looked exactly like the photos/description. convenient and walkable for downtown restaurants, 20 or so min walk to the zoo.

Spacious and great location. Bronson was very responsive. Gym access was a nice bonus. The lowest level is fun for a group to hang out. We had a great time. Thank you!

The location was great and the accommodations were perfect for our party of four. Having a large two bedroom place with a full kitchen was so much better than staying at a hotel!!! Finding the lock box with the key was a bit tricky with all of the similar lock boxes on the wall, but other than that, the stay was perfect. Also, very generous to offer a free appetizer the the Block Bistro and Grill!!!

Great location historic building, Quick walkable access to many restaurants shopping. We had one issue with finding the parking space assigned to the apartment. Jacquelyn was responsive to my questions and we resolved the issue quickly. Everything else was top-notch.

In town for a conference downtown... great location.

We were so happy to stay here. Separate rooms for me and my wife, our two older kids, and our youngest (comfy fold-out futon in the living room). From the building we could access the skywalk and head directly to the convention center for our conference. Smack in the middle of downtown with a ton of stuff to do. Would definitely stay here again.

Host was responsive, friendly, and helpful. Location was perfect. Walkable to restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Just a short walk to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse. For late night full service kitchen, try Kilroys. Airbnb itself was so roomy and nice, view was nice and beds were like sleeping on a cloud. Be aware that the parking pass is a physical card that must be returned to the Airbnb at end of the stay, so give yourself extra time to check out.

I enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable! Loved the Alexa controlled LED light! Night time was a bit noisy but it was expected as it was a Saturday and it's downtown. Overall a great place and would love to stay again!

Perfect little spot for someone coming to Indy that would rather have a little more room than a hotel allows! Super close to the Indianapolis Convention Center and plenty of nice restaurants!

We had a great stay! Everything was exactly as described. The apartment did stay warm even with the air on but there were plenty of fans to help. Location was perfect, plenty of restaurants around.

We loved this Charming historic home! The wood plank floors, exposed brick wall and primitive antiques made this 1840’s home feel cozy and original. The couches were soooo soft and comfortable and so were the mattresses on the beds! Bathrooms were modern and the kitchen had what we needed for our weekend stay. It’s the perfect location for walking downtown to eat and shop, which was why we were there.

This place was absolutely beautiful. Very close to Lucas stadium and wasn’t a far walk to the start line of the marathon. Very close to pretty much everything and if it was a little further, rent a scooter 🛴 it was perfect to get around the city. The back yard was very peaceful. The highway is very close so if you don’t like road noise just know you can hear that. I wasn’t bothered at all by it. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

stayed here for a month of work and it was the best place I've ever stayed at so far. host's are super responsive and always checking in to see if you need anything. would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great stay this week in Indianapolis for a conference. We don’t spend much time at the house, but it had everything we needed! It was a quick uber ride to the convention center, and there were a few restaurants in walking distance!

Our group loved our stay and the pool! Plenty of room for all of us- lots of beds/sleeping space, plenty of seating options in the living areas, enough room for us to all eat together. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

We had a family reunion in Indy and the home was PERFECT! Absolutely beautiful space, located very close to downtown. The entire home was spotless and gorgeously decorated. The kitchen had everything we could need (and more), with 2 full refrigerators. There was plenty of parking, both in the driveway and street parking. Dennis was an excellent communicator and the price was very reasonable. The bedrooms were super comfortable! We had all adults, but the gameroom would have been AMAZING when the kids were little. We would definitely stay in this home again! Thank you!

Kelsey was very responsive and the property met and exceeded our expectations. We were in town for yhe NCAA sweet 16 and the location was perfect. I will highly suggest booking!
