Perfect house near Shallotte. Well maintained with a nice private patio and pool area. Very responsive and helpful. I will definitely look to stay here again if I’m back in Shallotte in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and felt new. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, making for a relaxing stay, and the location was incredibly convenient for our event just up the room. The home had plenty of space, which was a major plus. Everything in the house worked perfectly, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you’d need to cook—though our biggest "cooking" adventure was reheating pizza and pouring cereal. Overall, a five-star experience with absolutely no complaints. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-kept home in the area.

This was a very last minute trip. Donnie was very accommodating. Clear instructions! Amazing lake house. I want to stay again in May but he’s all booked. Totally exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

Diana was very communicative and welcoming from booking all the way to checkout. She was accommodating as well. Her place is absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family. We all agreed that we would definitely return. I recommend visiting Ocean Isle Beach as it was beautiful and a short drive from her place. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

Lovely home! It was very clean, relaxing and had LOTS of space! The bedrooms were huge enough to add a queen size air mattress with lots of walking room left over. Close proximity to NC beaches and shopping in Myrtle Beach. Highly recommend!

This home was so beautiful, cozy, and the perfect beach getaway. Amy was super nice and helpful when I asked questions. This home was perfect around many different beaches and places to explore. I would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cottage was exactly as described if not better… Everything was Immaculately clean, up to date & decorated beautifully. It truly felt like a home away from home. Communication with our host (Steve) was effortless & he was always quick to respond with any questions / concerns. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Thank you!

Lisa’s property was very accommodating and was in a great area. Plenty of space and a nice outdoor patio. Everything within walking distance. 10/10 would stay again.

The Inn is beautiful home away from home. Bob and Gail is the perfect host who was waiting on us to arrive to give us a tour of the house and made sure we was comfortable. The house is located in a friendly neighborhood.

We enjoyed staying at Lee’s place for the 2nd time. There were six of us (3 couples). Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, water pressure was good. We used the kitchen this time to cook a meal and we had everything we needed. Later, we flipped the dining room table top over to make use of the game table underneath. One member of our party kept good tunes in the background by making use of the record player & vinyl collection. We especially enjoyed the fire pit area in the backyard. The motion detection light out back was helpful. There are some cool games out there, including horseshoes. We didn’t even have to start a fire in the fire-pit to enjoy good conversation and the cool night air under the lights. Lots of different games & music, inside and out, appeals to the easily bored nature of today’s humanity. It gets us away from our phones for a little while. I also like the two living room areas. It provides multiple places for people to hangout, escape, or mingle.

The view and the pier were excellent. The most relaxed me and my husband have been in a while. This is the first place we have ever stayed a second time and hopefully continue to do so, that says alot

Had a great stay. House was as advertised. Worked up perfectly for a group of us to have our own space.

The house is brand new and was super clean. It was great that it was only 10 minutes from my brother since I spent most of the time there. Nice appliances, very comfortable beds and large TV in every room.

It was perfect for our last Minute trip. Lock on bathroom didn’t work!

We did our annual golf fraternity golf trip and this year several guys stayed at Sea Oats on Lockwood Folly. They all enjoyed staying at this home and I received comments like, "very comfortable," "clean, with plenty of amenities and convenient" and "a great house." Marty is a wonderful host and always responded to any question I had. The house description you see is exactly what you'll get and we plan on renting it again next year.
