Hill Country Lodge

The Hill Country Lodge is one of our largest cabins. It showcases a queen-sized bed that is actually an artistic configuration of four peeled and twisted cedars. The private bathroom has an old soaking tub and shower combination with a chaise lounge. The cabin has a full kitchen, a dining area for two, and a plush living area. An over sized two-person Jacuzzi tub is located on the screened-in back porch. It is perfect for romance and relaxation. The cabin is very comfortable, warm, and romantic.

7F Lodge - Batts Ferry Log Cabin

Batts Ferry is a much more modern version of a log cabin indicative of 1848. It is named in honor of the Batts family, which ran a ferry at the Brazos River on land neighboring 7F Land and Cattle Company. The Batts Ferry cabin is one of our coziest cabins with an interior of log walls, raised ceiling, king-sized bed and a round 2–person Jacuzzi tub set in the middle of a wooden water cistern. The screened-in front porch includes two rocking chairs and a domino table; perfect for a cool evening.

7F Lodge - Spain

The Spanish Hacienda is patterned in the style of Castilian nobility, a miniature castle in Spanish Colonial royal blue with rose-colored walls. The cabin door opens up onto a beautiful antique carved Conquistador’s foyer. The hand carved queen-sized bed is opulently styled and reigns in view of our largest two-person Jacuzzi tub. There is a beautiful vintage wedding gown displayed in an 8 ft shadow box. The cabin also has a walled courtyard with a fountain and seating area. Relax and unwind.

7F Lodge - Mexico

The Mexico Cabin is designed to look like an aristocratic Mexican bungalow. It has weeping plaster walls and a latillo ceiling. There is a lion’s cage door turned sideways to make a headboard on the queen-sized bed. The feature point of this room is a red, two–person heart–shaped Jacuzzi tub for two, which is backed up into a corner beneath a Virgin of Guadalupe Shrine. This cabin has Mexican tile and a hand painted Mexican sink. The large back porch with a hammock is great for relaxing.

7F Lodge - France

The French Chateau features a king-sized four-poster, canopied bed with elaborate bed coverings. The cabin has a vaulted ceiling, large oak armoire, seating area with French antiques, tapestries and gold gilded mirrors. The two-person Jacuzzi tub is a subset of the bedroom and is positioned in an alcove with a star-studded ceiling above it. There is a small back porch seating area with rocking chairs. Our French Chateau is sophisticated and romantic and a popular honeymoon destination.

1 BR w/ Queen Beds, Full Kitchen

A niche product between an apartment and hotel, stayAPT Suites offers guests separate spaces for work, sleep, and dining. Each suites offers a full kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom. Free Wi-Fi, on site guest laundry and exercise room are included. This brand-new facility is located in the northeast side of College Station, Texas. 7F Lodge - The Barn

Our Western barn made from turn of the century barn wood. This cabin is complete with a two-person, heart-shaped Jacuzzi tub inset behind burlap drapes and just steps away from a comfy, queen-sized bed. Venture out onto the back porch and enjoy the sounds of the great outdoors on porch rockers. Or, enjoy your very own private, over sized shower stall for two, secluded on the porch as well. Then select a Western novel from our book collection and relax on the ranch chairs.

You are now entering Wonderland. Check-in to receive your free welcome drink from the all-local libations bar, then off you go. Explore the art gallery, swim in the saltwater pool, visit the Dolly Arcade, play chess on the life-sized board, grab a partner for Pickleball, or swing from a tree. Sully's Place is our largest cabin and boasts an 80 sq. ft. dance floor and neon bar signs. Or, relax on the 9 ft. couch indoors or in the private, two-person heart-shaped Jacuzzi tub on the screened-in back porch. The cabin includes a separate bedroom with a queen-sized bed and Aggie memorabilia. The private bathroom has a rustic shower “stall” without the long lines! The front porch has a relaxing porch swing and the back porch includes two rockers.
