“Serenity on Sibley” Guesthouse~Close to Downtown

Down the winding road, at the bottom of the wooded hill, “Serenity” awaits. This single-room guesthouse sits on the banks of Sibley Lake. Relax and take in the sunsets from the screened porch. Up to 4 guests with a queen-sized bed and a queen fold-out couch. It has a full bath with shower, a kitchenette with island and barstools. A paddleboat, kayaks and life vests are available for use during your stay. Hosts live up and across the drive from the Serenity Guesthouse Located @ 10 min from town.

Our cabin is located 25 minutes from Natchitoches on Black Lake, and is on a secluded private road. You have a beautiful view of and access to Black Lake . Cabin is nice & cozy with plenty of room for the whole family. Bonus coffee bar also for all you coffee lovers. Open deck with fire pit. Perfect for secluded get-away or family vacation & near the beautiful Historic Natchitoches for Downtown shopping. Natchitoches is known for festivals throughout the year including their Christmas Festival.

The Tiny PeaPod is a cozy 1-bed 1-bath home!

The Tiny PeaPod is a cozy little home away from home. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just walking distance to the park/splash pad. It has 1-bathroom with a tub/shower combo and 1-bedroom with a queen bed and electric fireplace. It also offers for sleeping a small size hideaway bed more for a child than a grown adult in the living room and a small twin size rollaway bed. This tiny home also has a full kitchen, laundry room, wifi, Netflix, BBQ gill, fire pit, and two patios for relaxing.

The Hudson Haven

A 3 BR, 1 BA home offering a stylish retreat in a safe area close to restaurants, hospitals, sports complexes, & universities, including LCU & LSUA, as well as area golf courses & the airport. Perfect for professionals, with easy access to employers such as Cleco & P&G, as well as the city & district courthouses. Whether in town for business or relaxation, the Hudson Haven provides the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, & style. (NOTE: Front & carport entrances are accessible by 2-3 steps)

Iatt Lake Cabins and Kayaks Fish House

360 square foot house on Iatt Lake. Full queen bedroom. Sleeps 4. Full bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. Full Kitchen. Great porch. Adjacent to the lake and kayak launch. Pets are allowed for a $50 non-refundable fee. Pets must be kenneled if left inside alone and on a leash at all times when outside. Kayak and paddle boat rentals including life jackets and paddles available. Kayak rental - $35/day or $60/2 days. Paddleboat, pirogue or tandem kayak rental - $45/day or $70/2 days.

Cozy at C is a small, but roomy, 1 bed/1 bath apartment. It is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. During your stay, you will have access to a grass backyard and private parking. Amenities include, high speed wireless internet, a smart TV, brand new appliances and an Arcade "Multicade" that has 800 free-to-play video games from the 80s, 90s and 2000s. And of course, a comfy clean bed and furniture. I strive to provide a safe, quiet, clean and inexpensive accommodations for each guest.

Enjoy the sights and sounds of the beautiful river views while relaxing on the cozy back porch overlooking a shady live oak tree. Shops/restaurants are a quick 10-minute drive to Front St. Take in the scenery of historic Natchitoches famous for its Christmas Festival, meat pies, and for being the location of the film “Steel Magnolias.” Located just minutes from local favorite bar/restaurant “Cane River Commissary.”

Blue on Black

We're 25 minutes from Natchitoches on Black Lake. We are in a secluded area of a dead end road. Enjoy the peace and quiet surrounded by Spanish moss covered trees. Under the covered front porch, you'll find comfortable seating with great views of the lake. The large windows provide lake views and let in plenty of natural light. Spend the day in town shopping or enjoying a festival. Return home to relax with a meal on the grill or a glass of wine with friends around the firepit.

KK's Little Cottage

Nestled amongst the tall timbers of The Kisatchie National Forest you'll find respite in KK's Little Cottage. The cottage is located down a dead end dirt road that will make you feel hours from town (though you won't actually be)! Hunter's welcome! You're likely to see some type of wildlife, and it is quite possible you will hear shots fired from hunters. We are continually making improvements to the yard...hoping to add a firepit soon! Welcome to our cozy space, enjoy!!

Take it easy at this unique getaway in the woods of the Kisatchie Forest, minutes from Indian Creek Reservior.
