Cozy family cottage just off Sandpoint Rd. 7 minute drive to Tatamagouche (Tata). Tata has full amenities. Less than 10 min walk to beach. Relax and enjoy the stunning views and sunsets! A short drive to Josh winery, golf courses and PEI Ferry. Only 1.5 hour drive to Halifax Int. airport and PEI Confederation Bridge. Additional space may be available if desired, including RV hookup. Note: Beach access (see pics for details) is at bottom of lot, cross small bridge, then left, straight to beach.

We have built our dream ocean house. The focus is the views, sun, and food. The house layout and decks are designed to highlight the views and sun from morning til dusk. The professional kitchen allows for creativity to cook wonderful meals. The living space allows guests to relax while enjoying the views, the sun, while exploring your culinary expertise. This renovated **Two Queen Bed Cottage – Oceanfront** sleeps 4 and features 2 queen bedrooms. Enjoy a gas BBQ, fire pit, and picnic table outdoors. Inside, the kitchen includes small appliances, a coffee maker, fridge/freezer, and oven. The living room has satellite TV, and the 3-piece bathroom offers toiletries and a walk-in shower. Electric heating and a wood stove provide warmth. No pets allowed; for registered guests only. Pool open June - September, hot tub May - November.

Welcome to Brule Point, only 10 minutes from the village of Tatamagouche, NS. Our home is located on a 4 acre, private, waterfront lot on the shores of Tatamagouche Bay. A somewhat stony, rocky shoreline at tide, but fairly nice sandy beach at low tide, perfect for wading, strolling, and swimming (at your own risk).
