Explore the 60 acre property at your leisure, highlights include the glow worms in our very own 'Glow Worm Gully' and 40 acres of private temperate rainforest. A short drive to all that Great Ocean Road has to offer.

Situated at the foothills of the stunning Otway Ranges, Croft House is a stylish three-bedroom property overlooking rolling farmland on the edge of Birregurra. Croft is a 5 minute drive to Brae restaurant and a 7 minute walk to the main street with boutiques, the Birregurra Grocer and the Royal Mail Hotel. The area is known for its award-winning food and wine as well as pristine rainforests and beaches just down the road. Croft house is within easy access to the Great Ocean Road.

Other attractions include bush walking, local wineries, bird watching and mountain bike rides. Although the main house is nearby, your privacy is assured.

Set amongst lush, green open lawns and tall majestic rainforest, the barn is perched a few hundred metres above sea level, giving truly epic ocean views. There’s a calm energy from the open spaces and surrounding forest. A vast expanse of land, sea & sky merge with the earthy and warm tones of the cozy barn style house.

The Valley View Villa is situated in a quiet, natural setting with soaring views over the rolling hills and forests of Apollo Bay. Private and peaceful, it is one of only two villas on our property.
