Bienvenue à toutes et à tous ! Ce lieu de vie, c'est bien plus qu'un simple appartement au pied des pistes pour nous. C'est notre petit coin de paradis où l'on se retrouve avec notre famille de voyageurs et avec nos amis depuis bientôt 40 ans. Nous sommes ravis de vous y accueillir. C'est un petit coin de paradis pour être seul et pour retrouver ceux qu'on aime. C'est un point de départ idéal pour explorer les montagnes, les lacs, les rivières, et toute la magnifique nature environnante.

Le Guisane -Pieds des pistes-Sauna-Balcon-Wifi

Bel et grand appartement , baigné de soleil, situé au cœur du charmant village de Saint-Chaffrey. Niché dans une maison de caractère, il offre une ambiance paisible au bord de la Guisane dont on entend le doux murmure. Situé à deux pas des commerces, bars, restaurants et de la télécabine de Ratier, tout se fait à pied. Il allie situation exceptionnelle, confort et atmosphère apaisante. Profitez d’une parenthèse de calme et d’un séjour inoubliable au cœur des montagnes, été comme hiver.

La maison dispose de 4 chambres : 1 chambre avec douche au rez-de-chaussée, 2 chambres à l’étage ainsi qu’une suite parentale avec dressing et douche. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces, barbecue, 2 toilettes (1 en haut et 1 en bas). Grandes baies vitrées et prestations haut de gamme pour un séjour confortable et paisible. 15 minutes de grenoble 🚫Fêtes, soirées et animaux non autorisés.

Fully equipped kitchen with induction cooking/oven. Perfect base for direct ski touring/hiking/paragliding access to the fabulous terrain on the sunny side of the valley.
