Habitant Paris, j'adore venir dans ce Paradis de Villefranche sur mer. J'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à rénover, équiper et décorer en 2019 cet appartement pour le rendre le plus agréable possible. Maintenant, mon plus grand plaisir est de prendre mon café au réveil sur la terrasse devant cette vue magnifique sur le cap Ferrat. Sa situation centrale à proximité de la vieille ville, du port et de toutes les commodités, son ascenseur et un parking municipal au pied de l'immeuble sont aussi un plus.

Newly refurbished studio apartment in a historic and traditional Nice building built in 1834 where the famous French artist Henri Matisse lived and painted several masterpieces such as The Bay of Nice in 1918. Fantastic panoramic sea view from the balcony. Beau Rivage beach and lounge on your doorstep. This 3-bedroom apartment and garden is located on the exclusive Cap de Nice. It has just been renovated with care and offers an amazing view on the Cap Ferrat, Nice and Antibes (180° view). With direct access to the sea, we hope you will have an amazing stay. You can walk in 5 mins to all usual commodities (grocery store, pharmacy, pressing, hair dresser, etc.). We welcome families and friends as long as they respect the beauty and quietness of this magic place.

Beautiful flat in the heart of Villefranche.

A lovely flat of 40 sqm with a 30 sqm terrace, recently refurbished and with original art work. Fully equipped kitchen and equipment to match. Double bedroom with super comfy new bed giving onto terrace, and a single bed in the living room. Amazing views over the bay of Villefranche, and great for relaxing on the spacious terrace. The owners Helene and Chadwick live next door and are always there for check in/out and local knowledge. Air conditioned.

FRONT BEACH, DESIGN, TERRACE, LIFT, WIFI, A/C

Magnificent 3 room apartment entirely renovated on the sea front. You will be conquered by the situation of the flat "feet in the water". The building was built on the hill of the castle, so you will be 1 minute away from the old nice and its magnificent daily market. Flat with lift for 4 people including 2 bedrooms, one of which opens onto this beautiful terrace overlooking the Nice skyline with its designer lounge and fully equipped kitchen.
