The Arns Cottage

The Arns Cottage has been beautifully converted from a traditional stone built stables into a cosy, luxurious retreat. Located within the gardens of the main house and accessible down a farm track, the cottage is surrounded by the stunning Perthshire Hills. It is in a perfectly central location for exploring Scotland - 15 mins from Perth and an hour's drive from Edinburgh, Glasgow and St Andrews, 2 miles from Auchterarder and only 4 miles from the world famous Gleneagles Hotel. Sorry no pets!

Stunning 1 Bedroom home in Elie

This unique place has a style all its own. It pops up from the hill and sits on top of Elie and Earlsferry. It provides incredible views and is an amazing get-away-from-it-all pad, yet within an easy walk of all that Elie provides. This is the ideal spot to have a romantic break for 2. It would be easy to sit and watch life go by, read a book, or have an outdoor bath. The House on the Hill offers space, yet is incredibly cosy with a stunning wood burning stove. Walk into Elie in 3 minutes.

Eastmost Cottage is in a wonderful position on the edge of the historic village of Falkland. It's a short walk from the fine Renaissance Falkland Palace, the heart of the medieval village with its independent shops, cafes restaurants and pub. There is great walking in the Lomond hills, accessible on foot. The wonderful Covenanter has great food all day; the Hayloft and Pillars of Hercules are lovely cafes. The Stag is a lovely bistro (our fav). Fine dining at the Boar's Head in Auchtermuchty.

Corner Cottage is situated in the heart of Falkland, Fife. A great location for a romantic or family getaway. Get your walking boots on and explore the surrounding nature such as Maspie Den, Lomond Hills and the historical Falkland Estate. Visit local cafes, shops, restaurants, pubs and of course, Falkland Palace, to enjoy the local atmosphere. Our beautiful studio with spacious Hot Tub is close to Edinburgh Airport and only 5 miles from the West End. Perfect for enjoying all that Edinburgh offers, but with the peace and quiet of a rural location. Own transport is recommended but public transport is nearby so leaving the car and hopping a bus/tram into town is easy. Guests staying without own transport are likely best to rely on local taxi services of which there are several including UBER. Plenty countryside walking available also.

The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history. Some of the furniture has been made from beech and cedar from our farm. With view across the River Earn and surrounding hills, this is a perfect place to come, explore, unwind and relax.

It is perfectly placed for exploring Fife (35 min drive to St Andrews) and all that it has to offer. It is near to the train station (15 min walk) for travelling to Edinburgh and Glasgow. The cottage is perfect for a family or a couple. It sleeps 4 (5 if using the sofa bed) and has off street parking for 3 cars.
