Our cabin is a studio with a hot tub & all the amenities. A queen bed, linens, towels, small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, single burner cook plate, dishes, utensils, glassware, pots/pans, toaster & coffee maker. Roku Tv & dvd player w/movies. The cabin has both an inside & outside (summer)shower. We have a privacy fence between our home & cabin. In the back yard you will find hot tub, firepit & screen house. Welcome to rustic Antler Cabin - just a 1-mile walk/drive for Ausable River access. Antler Cabin is set on almost two acres with a main level open floor plan, covered deck, hot tub, and fire pit. Whiteface Ski Resort is a 12-mile, 22-minute drive. Lake Placid is just 21-miles, a 35-minute drive from the cabin. Dogs are welcome: $75 per dog (no cats, please), per stay, up to two dogs. The HOA allows one *unoccupied* camper / RV to be parked.
