"Our Place"

"Our Place" is a cozy trailer house that sits on a working peach orchard. It was remodeled in 2021. We are located near the base of Mount Garfield and are 5 minutes from I-70 access and downtown Palisade. You are a short drive or bike ride from several local wineries, restaurants, the Palisade Brewery, and more. Shuttles to The Palisade Plunge are minutes away. We have a large, covered patio where you can relax, bbq on the gas grill, or enjoy coffee in the morning. Excellent wifi inside and out.

Peaceful, yet close walking distance to downtown and restaurants and suplizio field and Lincoln Park Swimming Pool and Golf Course and Colorado Mesa University. Only 5 miles to the Colorado National Monument and biking trails. Only 3 miles to St Mary's Hospital. This space has its own entry exit. Very private. You get to park in the driveway and the lockbox is by the big backyard door and opens this and your door
