Jum Rum Place is located only 1.6km from the Kuranda village, North Queensland backing onto Jum Rum Creek Conservation Park where there are numerous species of birds, Striped possums, Suger Gliders, Pademelons with abundance of butterflies including the Ulysses and Cairns Bird Wing. My 3 bed room home is in a safe , quiet cul-de-sac in the leafy green suburb of Freshwater. The allotment is large and private, and tropically landscaped. There are caretakers living on site in a completely separate apartment, accessed from the lower yard.
