Extremely private chalet on 13 acres with a hot tub, pond, and stream! Plenty of space for up to 14 people. Explore the stream and woods or enjoy the open space with snow tubing or lawn games. Drive 12 minutes to Elk Mountain or 5 minutes to Clifford Township Park for more adventures. Firewood is included for the year-round (covered) fire pit and there are games, puzzles and books to entertain all ages. Quiet and peaceful and a whole lot of fun! About 2 1/2 hours from Philly & New York.

It has an open floor plan with spacious kitchen, family room, dining room, 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and entertainment basement. It sits on Newton Lake, with direct access for swimming, fishing, boating etc. Walking distance to Elkview Country Club and a 15 minute drive to Elk Mountain.
