Two person pod set on the Wild Atlantic Way near the villages of Claddaghduff and less than 10 minutes drive from Clifden. Enjoy waking up to stunning views of the world renowned Omey Island and Atlantic Ocean. Pristine beaches within walking distance. The space: Two person pod located on a working farm in Connemara. This modern pod comes with a double bed, kitchen to cater for basic cooking needs which is inclusive of electric hob, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. WiFi and tv also provided.

Clifden, The Barn on the Wild Atlantic Way.

The Barn is a unique old stone barn but modern, with an open plan sitting/kitchen/ eating area with cathedral ceiling and a long narrow window overlooking the Salt Lake to one side, a small window looking down to the sea on the other. There are two bedrooms and a wet room style bathroom (no bathtub) but plenty of hot water and underfloor heating. It is wonderfully quiet, a real retreat for those who just want to escape. The cottage is within a twenty minute drive of many local amenities and beaches. A picturesque public walkway runs beside the cottage and the entrance is only 500m away. If you are lucky enough to get a clear sky we recommend taking some time to view the stars as they can be breathtaking on a clear night.
