An older farmhouse privately located on front of farm also that sleeps 14, however this property is brand new. Just minutes to Dover NASCAR track & Firefly music festival . 20 minutes to DE Turf Fields. 45 minutes to DE beaches . 1 hour to Phily ,2 hrs to DC , NYC. Tankless hot h20 so you never run out. If booking for firefly , it’s a 4 night minimum. 2 night minimum any other stay.

Come enjoy the sounds of nature as you take time to relax and refocus! There is no boat access to the river from the property. There is a fairly steep bank going down to the river, so please be mindful of this with children.

This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is set way out in the country surrounded by state hunting lands .With some farm animals on the property now and then .So much wild life. Lots of deer and turkeys to name a few . Would be a perfect place to stay during hunting season with a short walk out the front door you will be deep in the state hunting lands .Also just up the road is Double Tap Tavern cold drinks and amazing food. Mini Aruba RV/ Glamping Tent

We offer a very unique property, trailer for 2 and tent if needed for over 2 people. Located just outside of downtown Dover, you step into an outdoor paradise. Overnight guest have full access to the saltwater pool, fire pit and gazebo with Tiki bar. Our little place can be a weekend get away for 2 or we have an additional 6 person tent if in need extra space for the family for an additional 25.00 per person a night fee plus 30.00 setup fee. Visitors not allowed access to amenities.
