New and very bright flat centrally located to explore London or just to relax in the neighbourhood. The flat consists of living and kitchen/dining area with balcony (sunny from midday to sunset) and bathroom. It is located on the second floor and has secured access. Only one bedroom with single bed is available to guests.

Cozy and quiet flat

Cozy 1 bedroom, well connected in Leytonstone. I’m leaving for a couple of weeks and I’ll try to rent out my place! I think it’s a great 1 bedroom for up to 2 people, but I’ll only rent it out to someone who’s going to look after it. I’m not a professional host so I’m open to suggestions and improvements ideas.
