Visitors will leave the hustle and bustle of reality behind as they cross a wooden bridge and step onto grounds reminiscent of some of the world’s most well-loved fairytales and stories. Guests will be charmed by the quirky Scottish double-decker bus many magical guests would expect to see zipping through tight spaces and stopping to rescue wizards and witches in a pinch.   We also have a petting zoo and certified trout creek on the property. OPTIONAL MINI COTTAGE (for a third bedroom that sleeps 2) with Queen sized bed and TV but no extra bathroom for an extra $25 per night plus $25 cleaning.

Nestled in the mountains of Hayesville NC you will find Owl’s Nest. A perfect retreat for 2 people, this one bedroom one bath apartment is located in the upper story of a large barn (no worries, as there are no animals below) . (Dry storage for motorcycles.) For those who love to fish there is a 2 acre stocked fishing pond with bass, catfish, sunfish & more (catch and release only), as well as approx 250’ of creek frontage on Tusquittee Creek for trout fishing.

Please note this is an older wood cabin in a small town with the woods right in our yard.
