Bullskin Farm is perfectly located on 600 acres in the beautiful Kentucky foothills of the Appalachian Mountains and surrounded by the Daniel Boone National Forest. The property includes a fishing pond, as well as a creek (Bullskin Creek, thus the property name) which is great for wading in the summer. Beautiful mountain views and is close to ATV and riding trails as well as fishing in the South Fork of the Kentucky River.

Located only 1 mile from Manchester and half a mile from the Federal Correction Institution, the Cabin is in a rural setting yet close to everything. PLEASE NOTE: The Cabin is adjacent to a KY State Highway Garage and there’s no guarantee you won’t hear some heavy equipment noise sometimes. WiFi is 100 mbps. The Mennonite Bakery is less than a mile down the road and the swinging bridges and river are also nearby. Hiking, biking, walking and four-wheeling are all within an easy drive.

This beautiful home is located in downtown Manchester next to Rominger Funeral Home. We are located across from the Clay County Middle School. This has four bedrooms, one full bathroom, WiFi, television and more. Plenty of parking, garbage pickup and we do have a laundry room. We do provide bedding essentials as well as towels, washcloths, etc.
