Welcome to our cozy studio apartment! We offer a private separate-entrance apartment in our newly constructed house, less than a mile walk to downtown Athens and the campus of University of Georgia! Apartment has private entrance, driveway parking, and kitchenette. It is walkable to downtown restaurants, theaters, multiple parks, Normaltown, and UGA's campus. Please note that you will hear noise from our family upstairs, so if looking for peace and quiet, this may not be your best option.

This is the perfect place to stay for friends, couples and families. Mature, well-behaved dogs (2 max) are allowed for an additional fee of $50, or $100 per week for longer stays.

Our Neoclassical home rests on a hillside acre among towering Georgia Pine. Access to bunkhouse with bunkbeds + trundle + full bathroom is available for an additional $50 per night by messaging when you reserve. 4 block walk to DT Watkinsville. 6 mi. to Sanford Stadium: this is the perfect location for rest & relaxation.
