We had a wonderful stay at Tom and Ashlie’s place! As a UGA Alum, I loved being able to stay in the heart of 5 Points and walk to some of my favorite places. The house is so charming and is exactly as pictured. We were so impressed with how well the home was stocked with everything we could have needed! Tom and Ashlie were wonderful hosts and were extremely responsive and helpful when needed. A few minor inconveniences upon arrival were taken care of promptly and kindly. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay with plenty of space for the whole family. The beds were comfy and the kids loved the basement. The host was very responsive and friendly.

We needed a place close to Winder, GA for a friend’s birthday celebration and this was perfect. Very quiet and peaceful and enough room for everyone (we were a party of 8 including 4 teenage girls). It’s a walk up so if you have problems climbing stairs you might keep that in mind. The host was always attentive and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Thanks again Eunice. Regards Joe

Place was perfect for a quick weekend stay. Located in a very nice neighborhood, it was very convenient and close to all places we needed to go to in Athens.

Paul’s house was very comfortable and convenient for our weekend visit to Athens with friends! The house is spacious and clean. We also appreciated the welcome basket of snacks that were waiting for us when we arrived! Paul was very communicative and helpful. We would stay here again for a group trip!

This was a great place in a nice neighborhood. The house its self was in great condition and was very cozy for our group. It had nice big bedrooms and space to hang out and visit. I would highly recommend it if you are staying in the Winder area. Ludmila's is a great host and everything was just like she said. She was very responsive and helpful getting us set up.

Kay was a great host. Place was clean, comfortable, roomy, and well appointed. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping. We came in for a Georgia football game and found the location to be convenient to Athens. Look forward to future stays. Highly recommend!

Brian was a great host. Then house was perfect, just steps from my children. We were quite comfortable for the week and a half we stayed. Will definitely stay again!

This is a very nice accommodation close to Lay Park. We had two adult couples sharing the unit. Quite enjoyable. Host very responsive. Would definitely book again.

This was the perfect spot if you are looking for a quiet place off the beaten path, but still easily walkable to multiple restaurants, bars, and downtown. The space was more than enough, and the kitchen was perfect for group breakfasts before exploring for the day! Checkin was a breeze and very flexible, and the checkout time was late enough that we were able to fit multiple morning activities, get back, shower, and head out. My next trip to Athens, I will be reaching out to Melissa/checking this location’s availability. Thank you for such a great stay!

Our stay was perfect. Within walking distance to so many restaurants. The neighborhood is also so quaint and was a great place to walk. Michele was very friendly and super responsive. Plan to stay again!

Perfect spot for our girls weekend. Small house, but space is well utilized. Kitchen has the desired basics. Location is very convenient.

My family really enjoyed this house. It was super clean and Lucy supplied everything we needed. She was extremely easy to work with, and her house rules were fair and easy to follow. I would definitely stay here again, and may just do that next year when I am in town.

Perfect! Great location, really nice place. Lots of room for having friends over and chilling on the front porch. Great parking behind the house which is primo for this college town. Only a mile from the stadium very walkable. Very cool decor, love the retro stereo! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope this is available the next time we come visit!

I am so glad we found this house. We were in Athens for a graduation and had several family members , including elderly with us in the house. The house was beautiful, easy to access, very spacious but cozy.The open concept of the first floor was great for our friends and family to gather for conversations and a meal. We never felt crowded . The beds were very comfortable . Mornings were nice looking out of the large windows and seeing a few deer and chipmunks that wandered through the pretty backyard. The coffee bar was a big hit with additional seating near it.Restaurants and shopping were just outside of the neighborhood.. Our host stayed in contact and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved our time in this home and would highly recommend it .

I hope we can return to Cat’s place-it’s charming, warm, unique, fun, well appointed, funky, and the perfect backdrop for a weekend away with our kids for my oldest son’s Parents’ Weekend. Cat is an amazing host-so kind and welcoming, with games and books and notes all over to make sure everyone is comfortable! Beds are super cozy and the linens are soft and cozy. Located on a quiet street about a mile from Athens, it’s a straight shot into town. Highly recommend this cool farmhouse!

Our host Margaret was very easy to contact and replied quickly. There was one minor mechanical issue on Friday night but she had it resolved almost immediately and caused us no problem at all. The house is spacious, private, and ideal for a large group--we used it for a bridal party to stay before a wedding, and to take photos and get ready the day of the wedding. Highly recommend this house and this host with no hesitation.

Beautiful, spacious, and cozy with all the comforts of home! We loved sitting on the front porch with our coffees every morning. Very family friendly, and perfectly comfortable for five adults and one infant. We loved that the hosts provided a pack n’ play, but we also discovered an array of toys and books for babies and kids. We would absolutely stay here again.

Peaceful place with lots of restaurants within 5-10 minutes. Martell was very responsive to all my questions. Very nice house!

We enjoy staying here when we visit Athens because it is close to our daughter's house and is peaceful and well kept. We are basically there for coffee and sleeping so it is perfect. Coffee and supplies are provided and it is easy to find. The bed is comfortable, but TV is in the bedroom so it isn't good if one of you is a night owl. Everything was clean and ready for us for an early check-in.

Was a perfect location in Athens! Had fun hanging out for dinner and walking around downtown. Beautiful and relaxing decor. Everything we needed. It was perfect for my daughter and me to take in the town!
