Athens Retreat is located two miles from Sanford Stadium in a quiet and safe neighborhood. This is a fully furnished and well appointed house with all the amenities you need to cheer on the Dawgs, celebrate graduation, or attend a wedding. We continue to make improvements with a new tub/ tile in the hall bath, fresh paint/crown molding in bedrooms AND new appliances. Best of all, we now have hardwood floors throughout. Plus, there is a new 65" TV in the "Dawg Cave" downstairs den.

Our Neoclassical home rests on a hillside acre among towering Georgia Pine. Read or watch movies in the library, (the fireplace works) gather in the sun porch, make yourself at home in the dining room, tell stories in the living room, or entertain on the back terraces, beside the Koi pond and waterfall. We have 3 full baths and 2 half baths. Note: The airbnb software isnt able to list 1/2 baths. Roku, free channels, feel free to login and use your personal streaming accounts.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located 3 miles from downtown and a short walk to the Waffle House. Our primary residence for most of the year, when we're not travelling. Adjacent to two of our other Airbnbs, Butler Cottage and Narrow Woods Cottage. Full of retro Southern charm. We purchased this house in 2018 and started turning it into an oasis. A 10,000 gallon pool and a pool house with 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. We kept the grandma's house vibe.
