Safe, scenic, convenient. Bordering a State Park!

Located in one of the safest parts of Louisville, this place is conveniently located by shops, restaurants, parks, and a movie theater, and only a few minutes from a major highway. Walk right out to the beautiful Tom Sawyer Park. Park features free to use nationally recognized BMX bike track, 6 tennis courts, 16 pickleball courts, a playground, an archery range, walking trails, shelters, and even an Olympic size pool with a splash ground (small entrance fee for pool and splash ground.)

Rose Brick Upper @ Walking Bridge to Louisville

An historic Italianate home adjacent to the Big 4 Walking Bridge and park. This is the upper floor with an upper porch and use of the lower expansive porch. Tall ceilings and modern fixtures and newly renovated bathroom and kitchette allow for a fun, quiet place to stay that is right in the middle of the action of Jeffersonville. Two gathering spaces, one with a electric Murphy bed allow offer space for a group. Located in an historic neighborhood but one block from river.
