Cozy Church Branch Cabin

A cozy lakefront cottage made by family, for family. This was our parents home away from home, their favorite getaway. Now that they're gone, we want to share what they enjoyed. Traditionally constructed lake cabin with all the comforts of home. Large partially covered deck, large pier for fishing, plenty of room to bring your boat, canoes, or kayaks. Extremely close proximity to large landings where national fishing tournaments are held on Lake Marion. Prime hunting, near great hunting clubs.

After a long day on the lake, you can enjoy a game of pool, classic arcade games, darts, or board games. WiFi is provided as well as 3 smart TVs. There is plenty of parking for your vehicles and water toys.

With your own private dock, you can boat/fish all day and leave your boat in the water for your entire stay. If you enjoy golfing, three of the states best golf courses are within minutes. This log home is centrally located between Columbia and Charleston. Restaurants, shopping, and beaches all close by.

Locally known as the "Turtle's Nest", this getaway will let you be close to all the action. Located on Goat Island, 2nd row back, right off the big water. Boat ramp, boatslip, and restaurant only .3 miles away. Boatslip & ramp included. Remodled to a farmhouse feel, this 3 bedroom, 1 bath has 2 king beds & two singles. Two single beds share the same space as living room. Great retreat after a long day of fishing, or hanging out with family and friends. Be back fast to unwind by the firepit.

This family-friendly spacious lakefront home with dock is located on a peninsula and boasts water access on three sides of the property. Park your boat at your own personal dock using the boat ramp located directly across from the property. This property has room for 13 people, but there is also access to an air mattress. Enjoy the 3 huge porches, fire pit, paddle boat, hammocks and swings, fishing, drop in your kayak or paddle board straight off the property and head out to Lake Marion.

With 2 public boat launches within 1/2 mile and on-site boat parking, it’s also perfect for the fisherman. Only 9 minutes from Wyboo Golf Club.

Bring your family or group to this 3 bedroom 1+ bath place in the large trees with lots of room for relaxing and fun (….if you are a jeans and sweatshirt kind of person. It is not the Hilton!) TVs in each room, and 2 covered decks. Fish, or just sit out on the dock, watch the boats run by, and appreciate the lake. We rarely use the dock ourselves. 600’ from our public boat ramp with a park and small beach. Please also note that we do have cameras installed that monitor outside only.

Lakefront home on the big water of Lake Marion. This home is on the Santee side of the lake in a quiet neighborhood, 1-2 miles from restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses and I-95. Great water front family escape! Enjoy our beach, dock and boat ramp as well as our game room and fully stocked kitchen. We purchased our home is 2006 and began a complete interior and exterior renovation. In 2023 we installed solar panels and an electric vehicle charging station, yet we also have access to the grid for cloudy days and when power demand exceeds what our panels generate. We use a deep well for water. Bring your family for an off-the-grid vacation in our lake home!

But, with the private dock you can bring your boats and jet skis to enjoy the entire lake.

Enjoy your coffee from your private screened porch with a view of the lake before settling into any number of lake activities. Fish or swim from your private pier or sit on the shaded pier enjoying a book or doing some work on strong WiFi. Bring your boat and pull kids tubing or find a secluded undeveloped cove less than 15 minutes away to fish or bird watch. Parties and events are not allowed.
