Stylish, air conditioned, 1 bedroom self-contained B&B apartment located on the ground floor of my residence in a quiet street in Grafton. Only 4 minutes drive to CBD. Includes single carport, and separate entry with key security safe for self check-in. Well equipped kitchenette, modern bathroom and laundry facilities; residence has river frontage, heated pool and spa. Accommodation suits professionals for short or longer term stays. The unit is not set up for babies, toddlers or teenagers.

Yamba - Marine Heights - ocean and river views

What a location for a Yamba getaway This amazing four bedroom, three bathroom apartment has two living rooms, each leading onto balconies with fantastic ocean and river views. Marine Heights comfortably sleeps 8. This holiday home easily accommodates two families with three bathrooms(two en-suites) plenty of living space and two beautiful balconies to catch the cooling breezes. Late checkout @3pm on a Sunday can be requested at no extra charge. Enjoy creating your special family memories!

Heart of YAMBA - No car needed, Very Spacious

Strictly only one onsite car space available. Located right in the centre of town. You have everything at your fingertips. No Air con but lots of windows with breeze. Cafes, clubs, shops, beaches. Just 30sec walk to get a coffee. 2-5 minute walk to Beach, river, ferry wharf, golf club, bowling club and the famous Pacific hotel. Big open space lounge and dining. Big main bedroom with walk in robe, relax in the big corner bath. Bathroom and toilet is open plan to bedroom, see photos.

South Seas !..

'' when you walk downstairs it feels like something fun going to happen '' thanks Oli , it can't be said better !. It's a sunny morning , there's not a breath of wind , or ripple on the tidal lake 35 steps from my bedroom ( your bedroom ? ). the ocean is just across the National Park and here in the palms , the privacy and peace is magical . you're protected from hot summer winds and sunset evenings dining out , sharing the ambience, go..on and on .....
