Large unit for many people. Extremely close to the ferry for site seeing on the rest of the Neck. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. They even brought us a gate for our dog, so she couldn't leave the deck. Nice sized deck and a great view.

Bertrand's place was very nice and well designed. His response to messages were extremely fast. If you book one of his cabins make sure to book the sauna. It was very private and relaxing. Thank you Bertrand for a wonderful weekend and we hope to return someday.

The place is large, beautiful surroundings and amazing views !!! Everything is very clean. The furniture and linen are a bit dated but generally in good shape.

Now that we're settled in to our place - just down the road - and have solved our technical/ computer problems, we can rave about our stay with Heather and Glenn. The farmhouse represents all that we moved from Ontario to Nova Scotia to experience: silence and nature, clean air, low to no traffic, amazing peaceful vistas, far-off neighbours, ready access to water and its scenic views, just the amazing peaceful stillness filled only with the sounds of the wind in the trees and the birds. We saw 24 deer in 12 hours! The farmhouse was low-key = no anxiety, like a friendly and comfortable cottage, with everything we needed and more than we knew we wanted (Netflix!). A lovely and genuine rustic stay that we literally moved provinces to have for ourselves. We would absolutely have snapped this property up if it had been offered for sale when we were looking. 10/10. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place as described. We visited as a group of 7 guests and it accommodated our group perfectly. Price was great on its own, but split amongst a large group was even better! Truly how Airbnb's should, and used to be! Thank you Rena, super host in my books.

We had a wonderful 5 day stay. So peaceful, quiet and restful. Spectacular sunsets. The cottage was well appointed. Everything was in working order and easy to operate. Easy access which was great for my 97 year old mother. Melissa has certainly earned and is deserving of the title super host. She was easy to reach, extremely helpful and went out of her way to make connections for us in the community.

Denise and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay with Lyn. After such a long road trip, we felt right at home and very comfortable there. Lyn has thought of every detail imaginable to make for a perfect stay. The quality of the appliances was top notch and we really appreciated the laundry! We were just looking for a comfortable place to stay and relax for a couple of days. We were amazed at what a charming and beautiful village that Bear River is. From the fantastic Sissiboo Coffee Roaster Cafe, amazing gallery shops, and the stunning Bear River Vineyards. We look forward to returning.

I spent a wonderful week at the grange visiting family and exploring the area. The apartment was very spacious and was full of beautiful artwork and tasteful accessories. I slept on a very comfortable mattress, cooked in a bright, well- stocked kitchen and hung out in a homey living room space full of plants, lots of games to play and great Wifi. Jessica has invested a lot of effort in creating an oasis of beauty and peace, and that helped create an exceptional experience for me.

Such a cool place to stay! Robert’s place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Super easy walk into downtown Yarmouth for food and shops. Would highly recommend to other travelers, especially if you need a kitchen or some space to spread out!

Tracey’s apartment never fails to impress at all levels. On sunny days, the place becomes alive with sun rays filtering through. At night you can experience the most amazing sunsets. Thank you Tracey for going out of your way to accommodate me. I hope I can travel again in the spring and stay over for another week or so.

I rented Steve and Mary Ann’s Airbnb for my son and his girlfriend and they loved the accommodations, very comfortable and quiet… they said it was the best sleep they had during their vacation to Nova Scotia.

This is our second time staying at Jacks units and we will definitely return when in the area again and would recommend this place! Location is very convenient to malls, restaurants etc. Jacks place is exactly as described, very clean and well maintained, very comfortable bed, and very quiet which is perfect when travelling and needing a good night's sleep. We felt right at home! Jack was great with communication, very quick to respond. Id recommend this place to anyone! Perfect all the way around! Thanks Jack for another awesome stay!

I spent a night at Kim's place and it was great. It had everything I needed and the location is perfect to reach whale-watching locations in the morning. I recommend it!

Perfect place to stay when exploring the really unique Briar Island…the house was comfortable and relaxing. Don’t miss out on watching the sunset near the lighthouse- spectacular!!
