Beach apartment, sea views, pool, gated complex.

Welcome to our new apartment in gated beach complex with superb seasonal pool, paddle courts, parks, social club, WIFI and 24 hour security. Just 100m from a fantastic beach with great cafés, restaurants, homemade icecream parlours, shops, surf school, sailing school, bike hire, boat trips, childrens parks. Visiting the city couldn't be easier. The nearest bus stop is just 10 metres from the complex. It's new, spacious, comfortable and very luminous, perfect for fantastic family holidays!

Desconecta de la rutina en este alojamiento único y relajante. Apartamento amplio, cómodo y muy luminoso, ideal para parejas. Se encuentra en un complejo residencial con piscina abierta en los meses de verano, parque infantil, pistas de paddle, club social, parking y seguridad 24 horas. A sólo 100 metros de la playa de la Patacona, una zona tranquila con restaurantes, heladerías, escuela de surf y vela, alquiler de bicicletas, etc. Bien situado para poder visitar la ciudad de Valencia.

Apartment with beautitul views and a lot more.

Piso luminoso, ideal para 5 adultos o familias 6 miembros. Este apartamento estará limpio y desinfectado antes de su llegada. Una de las mejores vistas de Valencia. Próximo a supermercados, restaurantes, cafeterías, comercios, tascas... A 10' de la playa y del centro histórico. Desde el balcón, cuando miras abajo tienes una terraza en el piso 11, por lo que no da vértigo y el resto de las ventanas se abren desde la parte alta, por lo que crea seguridad.

Valencian apartment with pool by the beach

Feel real local non touristic atmosphere, 5 min walk to the beautyfull beach. More than 100 year old typical valencian flat, fully renovated to keep the nowadays standards but preserving all the original character of the Valencian Cabanyal flat. Located on the small, renewed street. 100% safe but not a typical rich tourist area. Try great local bars by the corner and see local people spending time outside with their family.

Completely renovated in 2016. Fully equipped; sheets, towels, breakfasts, kitchen utensils, beach utensils, ceiling fans in both the dining room and bedrooms, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Large terrace overlooking the sea. Very quiet area.
