You’ll love the place because it's a PRIVATE HOUSE in a quiet street, the Paddington of Perth, yet within walking distance of everything. It has its own free off-street parking for 1 car. A renovated traditional colonial cottage in a good neighbourhood with free WiFi. My place is ideal for couples, business travelers & families (with kids).

The North Perth Nook

A super cozy piece of history awaits you at the North Perth Nook. Past Nook lives - Photo studio , stain glass studio , corner deli, general store. Built in 1908 this is peak North Perth ! Queen size bed, kitchenette and gorgeous bathroom. Coffee shops, cafes and boutiques are all within walking distance. No car necessary as a short walk to the nearest bus stop with buses running every few minutes into the city centre or the beach. Onsite off street parking if you do have a car.

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

You are in the heart of Mt Hawthorn's cafe strip with both grocery and specialty stores and a verandah to watch the world go by. As we are on the quiet side of the apartment block, noise is not an issue. My husband's office has his own SEPARATE ENTRANCE with the internal door always locked, you won't see him as he does not enter your space at all.
