Home right across from Crescent lake. Wonderful 5 km walking/cycling path, cleared for use even in the winter. Lovely backyard with patio area to enjoy in the summer. Lots of art to view by owner. 1 bedroom with Queen size bed. Living room window has view of the lake where you watch geese, ducks, pelicans even swans at sometimes of the year. (Beavers and muskrats as well if. you're lucky). In the winter you can skate on the lake, or canoe and kayak in the summer. Delta Beach a short drive north.

Very comfortable and quiet apt. Double bed. There is a house cat in the building in case you have allergies. Very safe and secure bldg. Lovely streets for walking and close to lake and downtown with many restaurants, entertainment venues and art gallery. Within walking distance of Island Park with Splash Island in the summer, and Stride Place with gym and pool. It also hosts an 18 hole golf course. Suitable for an enjoyable weekend getaway.
