This property was very cleaned and had all things needed to live like it’s your own home. I was able I cook and do my Laundry at ease. I will book again when I visit Perth again.

The four of us had a great stay at Sarah’s place! It is such a lovely, peaceful and homely place. The location was a quiet neighbourhood not far from the Albany Highway, which has lots of coffee shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The place itself was clean, cosy and had some outdoor space. We really enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s place and Sarah was an excellent host! We would definitely recommend this place, especially if you are a group of 4-6. Thank you for having us! We will be looking for this place again if we return to Perth.

Rob's house was a delight to stay in. It was spacious, clean and comfortable with a wonderfully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were large, light and airy with lots of room for hanging and storing clothes. The bathrooms were modern and very well appointed. The indoor and outdoor living areas were very comfortable and gave each of the 4 of us separate places to read and relax! Victoria Park was a new area of Perth for me and one I want to return to. It is green and leafy but so close to central Perth with walking and bus options both practical and convenient. Rob was very easy to communicate with, and all instructions and local information were clear and relevant. This was a home away from home and I hope it is available next time we are travelling to Perth. Thank you, Rob for helping us end our WA adventures on a high - and comfortable - note! Barbara

Gorgeous house, in a great location. As other reviews have mentioned it is their home, so there are a few random things in the kitchen draws, mismatched glasses etc, however I would highly recommend the house if you have kids. Ours loved the pool, trampoline and toys and didn’t want to leave the house. Great to be able to walk down to the Main Street of Subiaco.

The house location is close to restaurants, walkable to CBD, next to a park. The common area is big enough for everyone to have their space. It’s provided with everything we might need. Brandon is a very helpful host. We had a great time staying there for 2 weeks.

Judy’s place was the perfect accommodation for my family of 5, including two young toddlers. She even had toys and books prepared to keep the lil ones entertained. Her place had everything we needed for our 4-nights stay - clean towels and linen, fully equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms, floor bed and many more. The small park right outside her place had a small sand playground which kept the kids entertained during mornings while I prep breakfast or evenings to burn their energy. Judy was also very responsive when we had questions. Thank you Judy for the amazing stay!

**Fantastic Stay with Amazing Amenities & Thoughtful Hosts!** Our stay at Mark and Suzie’s place was absolutely wonderful! The facility had everything we could ask for—a refreshing swimming pool, a well-maintained tennis court, and convenient parking. The hosts went above and beyond by providing tennis rackets, board games, and card games, which added so much fun to our trip. We also loved their personalized list of suggestions, including great cafés, supermarkets, and local activities. Their attention to detail made our stay seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, entertainment, and hospitality!

The apartment is located in an ideal spot in Northbridge. Every detail of this apartment has been meticulously crafted. The joy of using the coffee machine each morning was unmatched. Shabi, the host, went above and beyond by offering assistance even up to my check-out, giving me a ride, for which I am very grateful. I am already longing to return to this wonderful place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aleksandra's Apartment, it was beautifully furnished and felt like a little bit of luxury to come home to at the end of our busy days. Best home I’ve stayed in , in my years of using Airbnb , host is an angel and communication was so well, any questions I’ve had was answered within an instant and no problems with the apartment whatsoever, recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Perth short term or long term as you’ll have the weight of your shoulder lifted from having such an amazing host !

I loved this apartment. Everything is beautiful, clean, immaculate and generous. The apartment has beautiful views of South Perth parks, city views, Elizabeth Quay and the river. We walked to many places i.e. cafes/restaurants, around the river, etc. I would not hesitate to book and recommend this place.

We stayed in Moya and John’s place for a week and felt very much home at home and convenient from UWA and city centre even though we did not drive. The host took care to respond to our needs quickly and are super helpful to us to ensure a restful and comfortable stay in their beautiful home. Highly recommended!

Paying it forward Our dogs were happy and with all enclosed spaces we felt safe on the open road. Very quiet and the bed was very comfortable and large. Very grateful 🥹

Mike and Luka's apartment is right on the doorstep of the Maylands café strip but also has everything you need if you're planning a night in. The large balcony area is a great spot to sit with a coffee or a book and Lyric's Bar is right next door for drinks, a meal or to catch some live music. Public transport options into the city or to Perth airport are too easy with Maylands train station nearby. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Perth.

We had a beautiful stay at Jen’s place in Fremantle. Jen was a fantastic communicator, making the whole process smooth and easy. The apartment was spotless, easy to access, and in a very convenient location. We felt completely comfortable throughout our stay and would love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Kobie’s place! The apartment was pristine and so well equipped. It was small but cosy and very well organised. The location was also excellent and apartment itself completely private from the main house. Would stay again!

We had the most amazing stay at Lisa’s. The apartment was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean with excellent amenities. It has a lovely private garden out the front and shared garden out the back with space to dry clothes. We borrowed the bikes to cycle around and hired a car. The apartment is in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood and a 5 minute walk from an IGA superstore. It backs on to Manning Park which provides a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach, and means you can listen out for terrific bird song. The apartment is so well situated as to enjoy Fremantle, a short cycle ride and you are in the heart of the bustling and vibrant city with lots of fantastic eateries, shops, markets and bars. It is a great place to stay and Lisa and Peter are great hosts, we would highly recommend.

I feel so lucky to have found this beautiful home – and to have met Tracey. She's absolutely lovely, and her home is just stunning. The kitchen is a *chef’s dream* – fully equipped, beautifully laid out, and stocked with all the essentials (salt, pepper, oil, tea… and yes, a real coffee machine – such a win!). Tracey was an amazing host, kindly allowing me to check in a little early as I had booked the space for a photo shoot. It honestly exceeded all expectations – even more beautiful than the photos. The best part? A **private entrance**, a peaceful backyard with a BBQ, and a super comfortable bed. The entire place is quiet, peaceful, and thoughtfully set up with everything you could need – and more. Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. Just a 2-minute walk to the main street where you’ll find supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and the and the local pub. If you’re If into live music, make sure you catch the jazz club on Tuesday nights – highly recommend! Absolutely 5 stars!
