Welcome to your new South Perth Getaway!! Your apartment is central, stylish, modern and new, with high quality appliances for your added convenience. The apartment is 3km from Crown Casino, 4km from Optus Stadium, 4km for the heart of Perths CBD and 10km from the Domestic airport. The Zoo is located only 15 minutes walk away and is 7 minute walk to the major supermarket. Local dining and restaurants are also at both these locations. - 1 private car bay, visitor car bays at the front of the complex and plenty for free street parking. Shopping/City Optus Stadium River and City views Casino Plenty of local dining and restaurants Outdoor spaces On Site pool If visitors provide sufficient notice, chauffeur service may be arranged. This spacious upstairs self contained apartment, you will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Train lines and bus routes within 10 min walk. 10 min drive to city and beach. Kings park 10 min walk. Shopping precinct, cafes and dining options at end of street ( 3 min walk). Shared entrance to property with private access to apartment. Shared laundry downstairs if required. Must love dogs as super friendly Labrador lives in main house and garden.
