Awesome place to stay for a comfortable time away with your family. The location is great, a couple of coffee shops within walking distance. Nice quiet friendly neighbourhood. The highlight is certainly the backyard, the pool was great for cooling off and entertaining kids. We would stay here again.

thank you for a fantastic stay. The house was impeccably clean, had extremely comfortable beds and pillows. A great retreat for a family with children. The pool, pool table and board games helped entertain the children. Very well set up house, with a fully equipped laundry even down to laundry liquid . Every small detail has been thought of. we will definitely stay again and cannot recommend this house enough.

this place is great. its a good size, comfortable and clean. good security and parking is behind gates. very quiet and pleasant complex. value for money 10/10 the host are very helpful and fast response. cheers 10/10

Beautiful house!! Had everything we needed. Very comfy beds! Our girls loved the cubby house and the toy room which was filled with things to keep them entertained. We also got to enjoy the pool one day when the sun was out which was nice. Lovely place to stay in a great location!

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

Allan is always the best host, from the big basket of fresh fruit he supplied to the helpful tips on the area. He is always prompt with his replies to anything that we ask and I highly recommend his place. We have stayed here a number of times and hope to be back same time next year.

Beautiful location. Large spacious home. Private and secure. We had a very comfortable stay. Amaro was really easy and friendly to communicate with and we felt very welcome. We had our dog with us, but unfortunately, there was no grass on the property, so we had to take him on regular walks to pee - that would be the only negative. The dog won't complain, though. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend Amaro's place to others.

The Northbridge townhouse was perfect for our conference delegation with ease of access to the convention centre via taxi (straight onto the freeway) and, more importantly, a walkable distance to the food, drinks and entertainment area of Northbridge. The accomodation was nice and comfortable with everything you need. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at this house. The big back yard was perfect for our dogs and the house is centrally located. It is a bit of a busy street but as the house is set back from the road we did not hear any traffic noise at all. There is a lovely cafe about 5 min walk and it's a bout a 2 km walk down to the South Perth foreshore. Really appreciated such a nice house that was also happy for us to bring our dogs.

The apartment was spotless, beautifully presented, and felt incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived. The host clearly put a lot of thought into every detail to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was ideal—safe, quiet, and central, with easy access to the city, Perth Zoo, and plenty of great restaurants nearby. we especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the extra touches like the laundry, kitchen supplies It’s honestly one of the best holiday homes I’ve stayed in, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing little house to get ready ahead of a wedding and for a staycation in Subiaco following the big day! Walkable distance to Rokeby road with plenty of beautiful breakfast spots and coffee only a few hundred meters away!

Straight across the road from the train station very convenient and saved on Ubers

Lovely place with lots of space. No basic amenities you expect in an Airbnb like hand soap, brush or kitchen supplies but otherwise very accommodating.

We stayed while my wife had an operation and recovered. The house is well located, 10 minutes to nearby hospitals and 100 metres from Daglish train station. Being country folk, we were concerned about the road and train noise. With the solid front fence, ended up hardly noticing the noise. We travelled with two farm dogs. The backyard is 100% secure and has a nice couch grass area. Think the stray cat will not visit again.. The front yard is also dog secure. All up comfortable bed and furniture. AC in lounge cooled the high ceiling bedrooms adequately. Parking for one vehicle on the verge and our LC wagon in the secure front yard. Easy access. Thank you

Nothing to complain about. It was very convenient location, great coffee places around. My family travelled from interstate and enjoyed the stay - few little issues that were raised with the host and were promptly sorted. If you are looking for an affordable place in a great neighbourhood and easy commute to closeby attractions then this is your place.

The space was perfect for our group of three, offering both comfort and style. The house had a lovely, welcoming atmosphere with well-thought-out interiors that made us feel right at home. The location was ideal—close enough to everything we needed, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The layout was spacious, with plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped. Every detail was carefully considered, making our stay both enjoyable and hassle-free. Additionally they have gone over and above to make sure you’ve got all the information from check-in to check-out. Thank you so much, will definitely be back and recommend this property to anyone.

Lovely clean tidy, much loved little character house right across from Kings Park. My two Schnauzers, loved the long walks, people and smells. The only small negative was that we knew the area from 2 years ago and thought we knew where all the great food restaurants and shops were but West Perth has change heaps and they were all gone but Subiaco is not far and they catered for everything we needed. We enjoyed the few nights we spent there and would not hesitate to recommend.
