Strout Farm Cottage Est. 1842.

Strout Farm Cottage still belongs to the Strouts who have lived here for more than 180yrs. Starting with Richard Strout, there have been 7 generations of Strouts live in this cottage. Most of the furniture, photos and ornaments come with a story of where they fit in the Strout timeline. Additionally, there are more than 20 cellar doors within a 1.5km, including Leconfield, Wirra Wirra and Down The Rabbit Hole, this is the perfect location to explore the McLaren Vale wine region..

This studio is located on our 2 acre property surrounded by a working vineyard. Featuring natural light, a queen bed, lounge area, modern functioning kitchen, breakfast bar nook and a separate modern bathroom. There is an outdoor spa bath on the large deck with views back to McLaren Vale. Nearby is Willunga township and golf course, farmers market, cellar doors, restaurants and beaches. Those looking for exercise we have a tennis court and the Shiraz trail is adjacent.

Set on 10 acres, half is native bush, where you are welcome to stroll. Surrounded by vegetable gardens with amazing views; Studio 613 here on The Range is a place to stop for a night or relax and regenerate for an extended stay. You're welcome to cook in Studio 613 Guest House. Seasonal vegetables; grown without pesticides. You can also enjoy our Happy Hen's eggs.
