Enjoy ‘Casa Colina' our lovely, comfortable, bright clean, airy and fully furnished self contained apartment. The apartment is adjoined to our house but you have total privacy and private access and off-road parking. Situated on a quiet street, very close to the Shelley foreshore (5 mins walk) and amenities 200 metres away including a popular cafe, takeaway restaurants, beautician, podiatrist, bottle shop, hairdresser, and bus stops. Bus stops give easy access to Perth City and Fremantle.

This new self-contained house comes with a well equipped kitchen and other comforts. The Indian and Chinese groceries stores are just a few minutes drive away ! A fully furnished, private flat adjoining the main house in leafy Canning Vale - a suburb of Perth. It has a separate entrance. The living area is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room. There is easy access to shops. It's conveniently located just meters way from a bus stop. (20723 (stop) can be entered into the Transperth website.) This bus route goes directly to Murdoch train station.
