這間房間在2樓的公寓住房，生人無法進入，也有自己的平面停車位，消除了我們全家第一次來伯斯對於安全的疑慮。 房東對於如何入住的資訊，如果可以附上照片，對於非澳洲的旅遊觀光客，會更容易理解。幸好遇到公司的員工，很快的協助我們入住。 住宿的地點離大型的商場走路5分鐘就可以到，非常方便，離機場也只有20分鐘。 該棟公寓，坐落在巷子尾，算蠻安靜的。房子裡的設備非常齊全，如果還有機會來伯斯，會考慮再次入住。

We had a great stay here. Fast response and provided solutions with issues we found. The apartment is a minute walk to westfield carousel.

My stay at The Boathouse was wonderful. So close to so many places to eat and drink. The studio is exceptionally clean with everything you need. The surrounding area is very peaceful and quiet. There’s a shopping centre only 5 mins walk away where you can get most things you would need. Overall a really enjoyable place to stay. Chris and Liz were always prompt to reply to my messages. I didn’t get to meet Liz but had a chat with Chris and an excited greeting from the little puppy. Will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The place is very comfortable and the water bottles and fruit were greatly appreciated. We would stay again if we are in town. Thanks Maria and Keith for your wonderful hospitality.

It’s did what we needed it to do

Was better than expected when i walking in, very nice accomodation with carousel shopping center less than a stones throw away. A very quiet and peaceful building with secure parking. It also has a nice little cafe below that served great coffee and food. i would definatly recommend to travellers, family, and friends.

Great place for us to stay as we wanted to be close to family who live in Beckenham, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms was ideal, light & airy kitchen, diner, sitting room. Had a lovely stay there, would definitely stay there again.

Quiet surrounding, walking distant (2 minutes drive) to hospital, multiple bedrooms and washer/dryer. A good place to stay and will book again if we need it.

What a great stay. Steven was so easy to communicate with, and nothing was ever a drama. The apartment was so clean and quiet and I would not hesitate to book this room again. 100% would recommend this to family and friends or anyone wanting a nice place to stay in Perth.

A nice quiet apartment in a great location near to everything you could need- good coffee shops, restaurants, shopping strip & complex, train station, parks, lots of amenities around. The apartment was located at the back of the complex and opened out onto a quiet back street with lovely tall gum trees where I could watch the birds. Apartment was very well equipped and main bed was comfy (only one I used). I had a 10 day stay with minimal issues and any concerns raised were promptly responded to and resolved. Was a heat wave during my stay and bedrooms do get warm as air con only in main living area however ample pedestal fans were provided. Appliances were modern and in good working order. No lift access so be mindful if not able to use stairs as on second level. Older decor but still very comfortable. Good security with remote gates & felt safe in the area and complex. Pool was very clean and fresh. Nice neighbours. Thank you!

This airbnb was prime position. It was in-between everything/ every place. Cameron left precise instructions that was easy to follow. He was very good at his communication with checking-in & checking out. I would recommend staying here & will stay here again next time I come to Perth! Great air bnb!

What a beautiful apartment !!! With views over the swan River Enjoying breakfast on the balcony Andrew the host met the four of us to explain access ,Amazing location ! Close to shops and restaurants ! Short walk to the Bell tower. The apartment was equipt with everything we needed . our trip was so special and think the apartment made helped to make lovely memories this was a friends reunion Two from the uk one from Perth one from Melbourne . Evelyn the host also gave us complimentary late check out till 11am Which was much appreciated My husband booked this for us as we live in Perth . We'd definitely recommend it to Others and would stay ourself too Thank you to the hosts My husband found this superb apartment Would recommend it

It was our first time in Perth and Northbridge was close to everything. We walked everywhere. The accommodation was neat and clean. Communication with the team was quick and responsive. They checked up on us in the first 24 hour and that made us feel welcome.

Loved our stay in subiaco! Annabelle was a prompt communicator & very obliging. Place light filled & convenient! Would be happy to stay there again!
