Offering free Wi-Fi just a 3-minute walk from the UNESCO-listed Diocletian’s Palace, Guesthouse Dalmatinska Kuća features air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV. The popular Riva Promenade with various restaurants, bars and shop is just 300 m away. A grocery shop and a bakery can be found 100 m from the property. You can relax at the well-known city beach Bačvice, a 10-minute walk from the Dalmatinska Kuća Guesthouse. The Main Bus Station and Ferry Port are located 400 m away.

Studiolo - Downtown center location and view

Trevor's review : " The central location and the stunning view is matched by the modern space that has been created. You walk out onto the roof top to the see main central tower that is St. Domnius in front of you! The apartments main wall is all glass, that can slide back to open the whole space up. Photos do not explain how brilliant this place is. A modern space, very comfortable bed, air con, fridge, smartTV and coffee machine. Large shower room off main space."...

Sea sound

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)

Andrijana Studio Apartment Old Town 3

Studio apartment Andriana is located in the old town only 300m from Diocletian's Palace and the Riva, Split's seafront promenade. The ferry port and the main bus station are 500m away, while the popular sandy beach Bačvice is at a distance of 350m. The house is about 450 years old. It was built of stone. It is a cultural monument protected by law and is part of the protected area of Split, Lučac.

Apartment "Vice" is situated in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the bay and blue sea, just a few min. walk to the nearest beach and about 10 min. to the old town. Includes kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, balcony and little grill house with outside sitting place in garden.
