This is a newly renovated 35 m² studio with floor heating, lovely garden corner and work desk located in the city center in a very quiet residential area, 150m away from the metro and bus station and 750m away from the old town wall. You’ll find here a double bed (140x200 (cm)), WiFi, smartTV, a small fridge, stove and oven, electric kettle and Nespresso coffee machine, a bathroom with shower cubicle and all odds and ends you need. Der Christkindlesmarkt sowie viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten, sind nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Das Parkhaus Sebalder Höfe befindet sich in 300 m Entfernung. Gute Anbindung an die drei U-Bahnlinien. Das Appartement steht dir alleine zur Verfügung, da ich mich gerade im Ausland befinde.
