Our place is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail (1/2 mile) for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with a farmhouse theme with our decor. We live next door and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

SYR second floor studio and first floor book nook in detached carriage house next to owner occupied home. Private. Modern. Authentic. Near SU, downtown, and hospitals. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

If you want to venture outside the neighborhood, No car, No problem. Easy walk to SU campus or we're right on the bus route. There's no lack of motorized bikes and scooters to get you to where you want to go also. This townhouse is updated, freshly painted, full of light and waiting for you!!! Hope to see you soon

This cute townhouse in North Syracuse is close to everything! Many restaurants, stores, and major highways are within a couple miles. It offers a driveway, garage, deck, small backyard, basement den, and laundry on-site. Syracuse Hancock International Airport is only a few miles away.
