Welcome to my self contained Studio located in Woolston, a 10 min drive from the City centre and on the number 3 Airport bus route. Here you'll find a clean cosy space to relax and unwind. Off street parking directly outside the room for convenience. Queen bed, quality linens and towels, ensuite bathroom/toilet, tv, internet, heating. Kitchen facilities and laundry in the attached garage area - please note this area can be cold in winter. Maybe a soak in the hot tub is required. All welcome 🙏

Staying in a tiny home is an unforgettable experience — and we hope you’ll fall in love with this space just as we have. Please note: The spa is closed for the season from December 1 to February 28.

Avonview Cottage

Avonview Cottage is a cosy place, warm in winter and cool in summer (with heatpump and HRV). There is a full kitchen, with large fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic cooktop (4 burners) and an oven. The bathroom has a nice hot shower and a small vanity. There’s also a front loading washing machine for you to use. The Avon River is very close by and the area is very quiet. A New World supermarket is only a 10 minute walk away and there are lots of other shops and restaurants around.

This luxurious, spacious studio offers a contemporary, quiet retreat with a distinctly Kiwi feel. Nestled in a fantastic neighbourhood on our Somerfield property, we are close to the city and the hills so you'll have the best Ōtautahi (Christchurch) has to offer close at hand. The studio boasts a super comfortable King bed, an ensuite with generous shower, built in home office and small lounge area. Outside there is a private deck with outdoor furniture and a spa.

2.7km from Te Kaha (One NZ Stadium) SKIERS - Cyclists - Welcome This is a 1/4 acre section open-plan quiet and relaxing space close to the central city. Bedroom, living room and kitchen space all occupy an open plan. A comfy sofa bed can be made up, but this incurs a cost of $25 /night. You have access to a shared garden, bush, flowers, ferns and SPA POOL nestled in the fernery. You're welcome to do a BAG/Bike drop off and these can be LOCKED away.

No cooking facilities but there is a microwave and toaster. Enjoy the garden and the private separate entrance with off street parking. Lots of walking & bike trails at your doorstep.
