Lovely sunny apartment with lovely views across the city and Margaret Mahy playground. They have just started ground works opposite the apartment complex. They are working during the day. Please be aware when booking that there is strictly no parties. no pets and no smoking. Given that you are in an apartment complex with a lot of neighbours please keep noise down. If at anytime we are informed of excessive noise or a party, noise control will be rung and you will be asked to leave.
