I got really good memory in this place. very clean and peaceful. There are everything to stay. The host was fantastic. Because she had deep consideration and hospitality. If I travel to here I will stay again.

The place was absolutely wonderful , clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Absolutely perfect stay at Chuanchai’s villa in the peaceful SeaBreeze village! We were a group of four adults traveling with a dog, and this pet-friendly home exceeded all expectations. The villa was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a highlight—immaculate and lit up beautifully at night. We also loved the cozy lounge area by the pool, perfect for late-night chats under the string lights. Chuanchai was an exceptional host—super responsive and incredibly thoughtful. From the smooth check-in to the free snacks waiting for us, every detail was taken care of. You can really tell he takes pride in providing a great experience. Quiet location, great amenities, and just a short drive from Pattaya’s attractions. This is hands down one of the best Airbnb stays we've had. Full stars and highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!

Patty was so helpful throughout our stay there. She made us feel at home. I would highly recommend her to be anyone’s host. We stayed over the weekend and this place was fantastic! Really great, short drive to the pier for Koh Samet, friendly and quick responding host. She was very helpful and even though we booked the same morning as stayed she had everything set up ready to go. Thank you so much for a lovely weekend we will come and stay again! 😊

Good house to stay at with many things (pool table, karaoke) to enjoy yourself! Though the house doesn’t get much sunlight because of nearby high buildings. Close by there are two supermarkets and it’s not far away from the city center. Enjoyed our stay!

Dennis, the owner from the Netherlands, was in regular contact with us and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His responsiveness and warm personality were genuinely appreciated. We also had the pleasure of meeting his in-laws, who were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The house was incredibly spacious and easily accommodated all of my guests. The TV offered both Netflix and YouTube, and the large pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. The bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptionally roomy, providing plenty of comfort. The property is conveniently located near the community clubhouse, which also gives access to a nearby beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach house just a two-hour drive south of Bangkok, close to Pattaya and Koh Lan.

De accommodatie was boven onze verwachting. Met het zwembad het middelpunt en trekpleister van het huisje. We voelden ons gelijk thuis en werden goed opgevangen ondanks dat we wat eerder waren. De omgeving is rustig maar alles wat je nodig hebt is op loopafstand. De host is super helpvol en reageert heel snel op vragen. Bedankt Deedy en misschien tot de volgende keer

มาพักที่นี่เป็นรอบที่ 3 แต่ครั้งนี้เจ้าหน้าที่ที่มาดูแลเปลี่ยนคน โดยทั่วไปเรื่องบ้านโอเค แต่ไม่โอเคกับเจ้าหน้าที่ แจ้งไปช่วงเย็นของวันcheck in ว่าไฟในห้องครัวติดดวงเดียว อีกดวงหนึ่งเสีย ทางเจ้าหน้าที่รับปากว่าจะเข้ามาดูให้ สุดท้ายก็ไม่มา ตอนวันcheck out แจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ว่าจะcheck out 11.30 เจ้าหน้าที่ก็มาเลท โทรไปถามหลายรอบก็แจ้งว่าอีก10นาทีถึง แต่สุดท้ายรอเป็นครึ่งชั่วโมง

This Airbnb was huge and very clean. Would definitely recommend this place. The host was responsive and helped us whenever we needed assistance.

Such an amazing stay! Clean and comfortable. Great amenities such as private pool and billiards table. Quiet neighborhood to get some rest from nights out. Short taxi ride to walking street. Had a great stay, will definitely recommend this property. For sure going to stay there again. Host has excellent communication and truly cares about guests.
