Absolutely loved staying a month here! Beautiful facilities, easy to walk to most places! Excellent pools! Loved the sunset every night! The cafe and little store on the grounds were very nice! The shower had great pressure! All kitchen items needed for a long stay! Definitely would stay again!! The laundry and water on the 5th floor was very convenient!!

Place is as described on the 14th floor. It was clean and about the size of a hotel room. Bed was comfortable and located in centrally with a short walk to the beach. It would have been nice to have a local knowledge notebook in the room to provide travelers with the how to navigate the transportation system and local markets to visit. You can go to most of the city via jump on pickup trucks that costs only 10 baht per trip. You pay when you get off directly to the driver. I found you can take it from the condo to Jomtien airport bus station. The express bus to BKK airport only costs 143 baht and the bus drops you off at departures.

Everything was as expected, described, and pictured on Airbnb. Yun is a very kind and warm-hearted host! He always responded and was very helpful, giving clear instructions. The property is in the heart of Pattaya's nightlife and has a good location to walk to a shopping center (Central Festival), Pattaya's public beach, or local night markets. The place was clean. Very enjoyable to stay with everything you need to make you feel at home, staying far away from your home.

Perfect, Perfect Perfect Perfect hostess - Preetinun answered all my concerns in a timely manner always with good results. Perfect unit - well equipped with all the cooking utensils, linen and bedding needed. While in a very busy and noisy section of town, the inside facing unit location eliminated all the surrounding noise. Overlooking the pool made for a very serene setting. Perfect location - close to lots of restaurants, bars, transportation and a short walk to the beach. I am happy I will be going back there again next year to enjoy this condo once again. The villa is beautiful, it is new (about 2 years old), fully equipped (for ex. champagne glasses are also available, a special wine opener too, etc). Clean. The pool is clean, nice, big ( it is shared with 4 other villas, but it is almost always empty) . To the sea is 7 minutes walk , very quiet area. Nicklas is an excellent host, nice and always willing to help. Really nice stay.

Chonlatee is a very good host. She gave us a lot of help. Maybe because I went there with my families and my families like cooking, she took us to the wet market to buy local food and experience local people's life. The house is very good. Good hygiene condition and the house is fully furnished. With the aim of Chonlatee, we went to some special places for relaxing. Come and ask her when you book her wonderful house if you wanna know! Thanks again for the help. Definitely will come with my friends in this house in the future.

Korn est un hôte réactif, arrivé autonome, nous n'avons pas pu le rencontrer, monsieur Korn à fait en sorte qu'on est tout le nécessaire, il m'a réservé un taxi pour me rendre à un endroit, il a su répondre à toute mes besoins et mes questions, encore merci pour le séjour.
