This condo was perfect for my work trip for the weekend and very close to the beach.

We had a great weekend stay! The condo itself had everything you could need, including games, beach items, coolers ect. Location was great, everything was really clean. We will definitely consider staying on our next trip to Destin!

This house is lovely, spacious, and in a lovely area. Close enough to drive to local attractions but quiet and peaceful. Yingjie described the house exactly as it is and they supplied all we needed. Waking up to the beauty of the beach is worth a lot to me. We enjoyed our restful vacation here.

Kialea's place was clean and comfortable. We really liked the location. The condo is close to beaches, so many restaurants, Silversands and quick access to 30A. We highly recommend Kialea's place for all these reasons.

Had a quick weekend get away. This was the best location to do so and I’ll be back in the near future. Thanks again for the hospitality and great stay.

Yari was an excellent host. Very responsive to all my (not always needed) questions. Lol. Was a great time. We had everything we needed. Great location. 5 min walk to shoppes at grand blvd. 100% would donut again.

Everything from check-in directions and surroundings to peace and privacy was perfect!!! The entire space was very clean like the pics and the balcony and location was better than pictures could describe. The family friendly village was an added bonus that made our trip wonderful.

Anna's condo was beautifully decorated and serene. The balcony had a nice side view of the ocean and was a warm sunny place to sit late afternoon. The entrance had a beautiful view of the pool and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and we liked the cotton bedspread. The nice size TV's with streaming service was a bonus. We appreciated the shower spa experience. The kitchen had beautiful white dishes, clear glassware and nice stainless steel pots. We would recommend a crockpot or instant pot. The bathroom's were very clean. The walk to the beach was quick. We loved the private beach, white sand and aquamarine blue water. Bring your beach chairs and umbrella for your day on the beach. Overall Anna's place was perfect for our month stay. Thank you for all the special memories.

The condos location was amazing! Very clean and accommodating. We did have some issues with pool bracelets but Markietta was very helpful and readily available. Can’t wait to visit this place again!

Stayed for spring break in April. Great place and perfect location right next restaurant and stores for the last min items, 4 mins drive to Henderson beach. The host was great, very responsive and provided all the information needed, even allowed us to check- in a little early Didn't spend to much time at the resort amenities, but it seems to have everything you need, bar, restaurant, huge pool area, heated pool, playground, tennis and basketball courts. would definitely stay again

We loved this condo!! We typically always get a higher floor for the view, but you get the best of both worlds with this - a beautiful view and a walkout to the beach. It was super convenient for baby nap times to still be able to lay out in the sun on the patio. The condo was very nice and had great extra touches like beach towels, towel clips, cooler, and a baby pack and play. The beach service was also so convenient. Our only complaint was something super minor - there were only a couple throw blankets to add to the beds for those of us who sleep a little cold. And that is just personal preference! We would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!!

Enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Location was great and the home was clean and comfortable. Beach was a quick walk across the street and we also easily rented a golf cart.

We really enjoyed our stay. Erik was very proactive in his communication prior to our stay and even let us in before our scheduled time since the condo was available. It was exactly as pictured and described on the posting. The condo was clean and we felt right at home. Easy access to the beach and the neighborhood was private and inviting. Erik gave us plenty of local restaurants and attractions to check out and they were all great! We highly recommend and will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is about a one minute walk to a beautiful beach and the daily chair service was so convenient. The pool is also nice and well cared for. Just about an 8 minute drive to Destin. Perfect location and a value for the area. Very family friendly.

Victor's place was incredible. We have no complaints. The place was better than described on the website. Lots of space to host our pawpaws 93rd birthday and then Christmas Eve dinner for our family. Plenty of bathrooms and places to sleep throughout the house. Thank you again for our incredible stay!!

The home was exactly described. Very well appointed with nice attention to detail. The host was extremely responsive and addressed any concerns we may have had. Great Place and Great Host!

We stayed as snowbirds for 8 weeks. Enjoyed the quiet, safe neighborhood. Great proximity to Topsail park (my fave beach). The home has great bones/well maintained. The porches are an absolute delight. Being set back from the road and the privacy of the back is very nice. The amenities center was superb- beautiful pool. We did not utilize the bikes (brought our own) nor the golf cart. Nice to have on-site without having to arrange for rentals for vacationers. The only drawback is the chimney housing which the owner did send his handyman to put in a temporary fix- if it is windy the metal bends and is loud inside the home- especially the master suite. Full disclosure- I did complain and the owner offered monetary compensation which I turned down. I wanted it fixed not compensation- I’m not looking to make a buck from my stay. Owner is very responsive and has a home manual that describes everything which makes checking in and learning the home easy.

We loved our stay! Location was perfect. House was great! We loved everything about our stay! Great communication and all around a great trip and house! Thank you so much we loved your home and the area is perfect and not crowded!

Alaina was super responsive about helping us get access early. The beach toys and chairs were also a great addition so we didn’t have to drive it. With 5 kids and 4 adults (two families) it was great to have the two king beds for both sets of adults so it felt like no one was getting a “lesser” room. It has basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner and soap for each room. While 10-15 minutes from seaside proper, the space is quiet and never felt too far away from stuff to do!

Booked the place the 2nd time , stayed a moth and it felt like home ! Great location , close to stores, restaurants less than 10 min to the beach ., quiet neighborhood. The house was so cozy ., the beds were so good , place had everything we needed , and the bonus is your own gym ! The hosts were wonderful, easy to communicate and very accommodating. Definitely a place I would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The home was a walkable distance to wonderful restaurants, very clean, spacious, and was the perfect fit for me and my guest. This was actually a last minute booking and the host, Ms.Carolyn was very sweet, informative, and responded quickly to any questions asked. She even provided us with bicycles and other fun games/ activities to make our stay even more welcoming. This was actually my first time visiting Santa Rosa and we will definitely be visiting again! The home was minutes away from the beach and was in a wonderful location. I highly recommend this booking for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable home to spend their time in during their stay in Santa Rosa.
