Studio @ Luau in SanDestin! Sleeps 4! Resort Style

3 minute walk to the beach~Resort-style pool~2 beach chairs provided~2 beach towels~walking distance to restaurants PLEASE NOTE: This tower is being painted completely with construction work. The balcony is not accessible. The exterior work is a restoration project, not just paint. Stucco, concrete repairs, railing repairs and paint, re-sealing windows and doors, deck coating, etc. They work M-F 8-6pm and occasional Saturdays as needed. ETA for completion will be Late October. Sun-kissed condo, fantastic location w/shared pool

LOCATION!Baytown Wharf . One of the only studio floor plans with an L-shape layout making it feel like a one bedroom. Washer and dryer in unit .The wet bar- style kitchenette provides the cooking tool you need without sacrificing space . The bathroom is featuring a shower/tub combination. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room and lengthy darkening drapes will keep the interior cool and comfortable. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony!

Welcome to paradise! Unit is located on the 4th floor Of Market Street Inn allowing quick access to entertainment, food and pool. Only 10 minutes from the beach without ever leaving the Resort, Including Free Tram! New furniture and décor. Professionally decorated studio offers splendid furnishings. The unit offers a King size bed with luxury linens. You will love the convenience that the resort has to offer. Comfortable queen Sofa Bed that will fit two extra guests.
