This large 3-room suite is part of my home, but is private, separate and locked off from the rest of the residence. There's a private entrance to your suite from the building lobby. Suite includes a dining/sitting area with dining/work table, sofa (opens to queen bed), TV and tiny patio. French doors separate this room from huge light-filled primary bedroom (with king bed). Cushioned bay window seat. Large spa-bathroom, "kitchenette" alcove, walk-in closet. 560 sq ft plus bath, closet & patio.

Welcome to the Beach Suite! Cozy up in this private in-law unit on the border of Sea Cliff and Richmond. 10 minute walk to China Beach and Lands End hike. 15 minute walk to Golden Gate Park! All the amenities you need for a relaxing escape from the hectic parts of the city. Great restaurants nearby and public transportation less than a block away. Dogs are welcomed! Please note: We know everyone loves an early check-in but please do not plan for this when booking your travel. Check-in is @ 4

The private enclave looks out onto a large garden, including a 300 sq. ft. patio and eating area right outside and reserved for your exclusive use. Enjoy sunshine on the patio, then walk to stunning San Francisco scenery! Features tasteful furnishings, kitchen utensils, serve ware, and coffee/tea service. Free street parking.

Cozy SF Coastal Abode

Immerse yourself in our cozy guest suite in the Outer Richmond. Just 10 blocks from Ocean Beach, three to Scenic Land's End (views of the GG bridge), historic Sutro Baths and Sutro Heights park along with Golden Gate Park 3 blocks down the hill. A block and half to restaurants and bars, etc. Surfboard/bike-storage friendly private room with free street parking. Please note this is not a studio apartment, so it has no kitchen. It is a room in our home with a private entrance and bathroom.

Great neighborhood to hang out in (ranked in 2024 by Time Out magazine as one of "coolest neighbourhoods in the world", and top ranked in the Bay Area) close to some of SF's great spots -10 mins to De Young Art Museum, Cal Academy of Science, Conservatory of Flowers; Clement Street restaurants and stores; also close to The Presido, Golden Gate Bridge. Newly renovated space within walking distance to SF attractions. Great for couples, or families with young kids. Located in the Central Richmond. 5 minute walk to the Presidio gate, 15 minutes to Baker Beach, and 25 minutes to Golden Gate Park. Great nature abound as well as restaurants nearby. The bus stops a block away that goes straight to downtown. The space is located on Lake Street, which is a slow street with few cars - great for walking, hiking, and biking.

The Richmond House

Private one bedroom apartment with a balcony and a new high end remodel. In the heart of Inner Richmond, easy walk to Golden Gate park, steps to public transit, restaurants and fun bars. Please note that this is a hosted unit. For your convenience and peace of mind, the host lives on the top floor and is readily available should you need anything during your stay. The only shared spaces are the common hallways — your suite is entirely private.

One guest private room next to Golden Gate Park

This is a small private bedroom with private bathroom. The unit is located on the ground floor of our single-family house. It is one block from Golden Gate Park in the beautiful residential Richmond District. Can walk to music festivals, museums, park, and beach. Easy commute by public transportation or by Uber/Lyft/taxi to downtown, Union Square, Chinatown, and Fisherman wharf. No parking offered No animal allowed! Airbnb gives exemption!

Outer Richmond Oasis

Enjoy an amazing stay at this brand new and wonderfully located suite in the heart of San Francisco. Just blocks away from Golden Gate Park, the Balboa Corridor, fantastic views of the Golden Gate Bridge and a bevy of sites and hikes. This spot is the perfect home base for your San Francisco trip. While the suite is part of our well-maintained corner house surrounded by vegetation, your own entrance from the street makes the suite much more secluded than a room in someone’s home.
