The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

Avenue K

Avenue K is a newly remodeled home in northwest Childress. Surprisingly spacious two bedroom one bath home with a garage, a patio, and a private back yard. Use the game room to set up your computer and work, or play games with the family. There is a futon which can be an extra bed for 1 or 2 children. Restaurants and grocery stores are just a few blocks away. Located in a quiet and family oriented neighborhood, you can feel safe and secure. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.

Fast food, restaurants & shopping just minutes away. Fire Pit: You will also have a backyard area where you can visit around a fire pit. For Hunters: You will also have a pulley out back to clean. Carport & Cellar: The home also has a carport and cellar in the event cover is needed.

We have recently remodeled a three bedroom home conveniently located off 287 in Childress, Tx! This is the perfect stop if traveling through on 287 or 83. We have everything you need if you want to cook in or you have many options to grab food just 5 minutes from the house. We also have many great places for local shopping and sight seeing if interested. We have ceiling fans in all the rooms! A storm cellar is also in the backyard in the event of a storm.

The Green Door Cottage

Welcome to the Green Door Cottage where you will enjoy a quaint cottage feel in the heart of Childress, Texas. The history behind this cottage will bring you back to the 1940's when it was used as part of the attached Fairview Floral Wholesale Co. The separate drive and front entrance, leading all the way to the backyard, mimics a shotgun style house. Its charm and unique history will make your stay one to remember.

Leave your troubles at the gate when you enter this property. My desire is that whatever brings you here you find comfort and peace. If you are coming in from the city and just need to hear silence for a day or two, working in town but want your own space, bringing a family together for vacation/holidays or a couple that just needs a weekend away to reconnect. *It does have a 4 mile stretch of dirt road.
