Maine Lakehouse

A brand new Rustic/modern themed Lake house located about 30 minutes northwest of Bangor, Maine in the quaint town of Orneville. Boasting views across the lake at Mount Katahdin, this home has an open floor plan with all glass facing the water. The kitchen is a chef’s dream: stainless steel, granite, gas stove in the island, cherry live-edge bartop. Dining area seating 12. Stone gas fireplace in the living room. French doors that open up to the large deck right on the water. The fully finished basement has lake views as well. This part of the home is a hit with kids and adults alike with a full game room featuring; ping-pong, pool table airhockey, shuffleboard and a standup Mortal Kombat arcade game. A full movie room as well. There are three large bedrooms on the second floor, each with a queen bed. The modern second-floor bathroom is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. The focus of the property is on the lake of course. The lawn on the water is perfect for yard games or lounging on the lawn furniture. The lake water is clean and clear, great for swimming, boating and fishing. A canoe and kayak are included. Also there is a 12’ water trampoline with slide and blast pillow! There is a 35 foot dock with an octagon at the end for jumping off, parking boats or just sunbathing. Just steps away from the main house is the upper lot of the property, with a rustic style 6 bed bunkhouse with a flat screenTV and DVD player. This is truly a kids dream house! This lot features a large fire pit, table and chairs, a hammock and horseshoe pits with lights for night play.

Cozy vacation home riverfront on 1 acre lot

Relax in this cozy 4 season family home situated on a one acre lot with frontage on Kingsbury Stream, providing a scenic view and calming sound of water flowing. The house has excellent access to ATV trails and is located a half hour from downtown Greenville. 45 minutes away are Big Moose Mountain, Lilly Bay State Park and the northern end of Moosehead Lake. Abbott Village Bakery, located 5 minutes away, has delicious baked goods & coffee. For groceries, Eli's Market is a 10 minute drive.

LARGE yard and centrally-located! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this lake view home. Bring your boat/trailer or water toys for all recreational water sports, fishing and swimming! Boat ramp just steps from house, along with public beach and dock, playground, ping pong table, and basketball court. Walk downtown just a block away to Restaurants and stores. Stroll over to Steaks N Stuff to grab some premium meat to throw on the bbq or just hang out in the yard

Welcome to our relaxing lakefront property situated on Sebec lake in Maine. The 3 bedroom (3 queen beds plus 1 sleeper sofa to sleep 8 guests), 2 ½ bath home. Also, the "Loft" with A/C above the garage (4th bedroom) is available for a separate fee. It has a queen bed plus twin day bed and a trundle sleeping up to 4 guests, no bathroom. Adventure and relaxation starts here! Gather with family and friends at our spacious, newly updated, private, lakefront house. Upper Cold Stream Pond (Little Narrows) has crystal clear water, making it perfect for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. Mount Katahdin is a short hour drive, along with plenty of other hikes nearby. Enjoy the amazing views of the waterfront on the first and second level balconies. Shops & restaurants 6-8 minutes away, and Bangor is 45 minutes south.

Moosehead Lake, Snowmobile Trails, Hot Tub

Unwind, recharge and reconnect at our beautiful house on Moosehead Lake. A short path takes you down to the lake and a pebble stone beach to swim, use our 4 kayaks, soak in our 4 season outdoor hot tub, or just relax with a good book. Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina is a short drive away and provides convenient access to launch your boat for the day.

Waterfront property in downtown Greenville with boat slip and pool table!! This centrally located house is in the East Cove of Moosehead Lake at a very popular Marina. It is walking distance to all the amenities downtown Greenville has to offer. This house puts you in the middle of all the action!! Direct ATV and snowmobile access. Hiking, skiing, fishing, hunting all within a short drive. When you aren't out exploring take a walk into town for dining and shopping!

Four Season Lake House with Dock & Kayaks

Four season house at the eastern end of Sebec Lake with great views, spectacular sunsets, surrounded by nature in a one-acre lot with 2 kayaks and a seasonal dock (mid-May - mid-September). Large lawn. House is approximately 80 yards up from the shore. Wrap around deck for entertaining or just relaxing. Sleeps up to 8 (3 bedrooms; 2 full bathrooms). Wide pine floors and lots of windows. Perfect for relaxed family breaks, hiking or sporting vacations.
