Gorgeous lakefront home close to Burlington!

Lovely lakeside home w/expansive views of Lake Iroquois! Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home with high-end finishes, hardwood, and slate floors. Relaxing great room, full kitchen, dining room, one-bedroom, and 1/2 bath on the first level. The entire upper level is devoted to a bedroom suite and features its own balcony, an oversized bathroom with a tiled shower, and a soaking tub. 2 kayaks and a canoe are available to explore the lake! 20 min. to Burlington. Pet friendly-fee applies.

Enjoy a sunny and relaxed stay in a newly appointed loft style apartment. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable to hang out in, or explore all the activity nearby. You will be one block from the Waterfront. This relaxing location is convenient to everything; restaurants, breweries, speakeasy spots, shopping, bike path, boat launch, antique stores, breakfast spots, music venues, etc. Enjoy the front porch. The off street parking (for ONE car)and walkable location are really appreciated

Lakefront, cute and cozy year round cottage

Keep it simple. Peaceful and centrally-located two bedroom cottage on beautiful Lake Champlain. Deck and firepit to enjoy the most amazing lake sunsets. A perfect couples getaway but can accommodate a small family. A home away from home with all the conveniences we could think of! A Paddle board on site for your use. Bring your own fishing gear and fish right off of the dock(summer months). Just a few miles from several VT State parks, 30 minutes to Burlington,30 minutes to Smuggs.

Cozy Lakefront Suite - Incredible Sunset Views!

Welcome VT’s most beautiful lakefront year round property, offering amazing sunsets over Lake Champlain and the ADK Mtns, endless gardens, and fall leaf peeping all while relaxing in one of our many Adirondack chairs. The 1 BR suite shares no space with the main home and has its own entrance. It has a kitchen, living & dining areas, and bathroom. The property has its own rocky beach and dock, a perfect location for fishing, boating, and all other water based activities. Beautiful post and beam lakefront cottage with private sandy beach & boat mourning. Large open livingroom and kitchen bring much natural light and overlooks Lake Champlain with stunning sunset views. Plenty of parking and back yard with natural gas fire pit, comfortable seating on screened in porch with breakfast bar. BBQ outside with your own gas grill, shared stairs to your beach. Open loft with full bathroom, air conditioning throughout. Pool table and washer & dryer in the basement!

Breathtaking Southern Views of Lake George

Totally renovated 3 BR, 2 bath house located at the quiet end of Lake George with gorgeous and breathtaking southern views down the lake. Dock space for one 25 foot boat. There is a boat launch within walking distance or a marina where you can rent a boat about a mile from the house. A public beach shortly down the road that incAmenities include: Private Dock, Hot tub, beach towels, Fire pit, sitting area on the lake, tree swing, large yard, kayaks, canoes, full kitchen, AC, WIFI.

Teeny Tiny Cottage on Lake Eden Water Front

This cozy cottage with loft on water front, $65 dollars per nights, Two night minimum is required. We have week or month reservations. Depending on availability there is rental of (2) paddle boats (2), kayaks, (1) two man canoe, dock spaces for rent for personal water craft. Travel to Burlington airport is one hour and Montreal airports is two hours. The cottage is centrally located between major ski areas, 30 minutes to Jay Peak Resort, Stowe Resort, and Smugglers Notch Resort.
