Oak Barn is a luxurious barn conversion with gardens, surrounded by fields on the edge of Lower Peover near Knutsford, Cheshire. The tranquil space sleeps a couple or family comfortably in a large bedroom with shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

'The Vestry' is an 1846 church building, now a delightful studio cottage for couples, families or business trips with easy access to Manchester airport/city. On the edge of the Peak District it includes a comfortable double bed, 2 single beds on the mezzanine. Relax in front of the wood burning stove, or on the lovely rear deck overlooking our brook and woodland. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the village with great pubs, shops and restaurants. This is a self contained, ground floor room with en-suite shower room, kitchenette and private entrance. Key safe for quick and easy self check-in. This is a newly refurbished space, with a large window and blind which makes it very light and bright but with privacy. There is a double bed with storage drawers under, a walk in storage area with hanging rail, wall mounted TV and wall mounted drop down table and foldaway chairs which make a useful eating/ work space. The Little House

This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.

Grooms Cottage - an idyllic Cheshire rural retreat

Grooms Cottage is adjacent to our home in the charming hamlet of Tiverton, near Tarporley, Cheshire. Built in the Victorian era, the cottage was accommodation for a groom to facilitate hunting and shooting parties from the hunting lodge and stables. Guests are provided with a breakfast welcome pack upon arrival consisting of Croissant, butter, Twinings tea, selection of Tassimo coffee pods, organic milk & Wilkin & Sons preserves, all sealed.

The Annex

We are situated just outside the picturesque village of Bagnall. We are a 25 minute drive from Alton Towers, 20 minutes from the market town of Leek and 20 minutes from the Potteries. The annex is a self contained building standing next to our home. It has a fully equipped kitchen complete with a washing machine. We have a number of animals sharing our lives, most of whom are very happy to welcome visitors.
