Amazing 2 bedroom House in the heart of Carytown area of Richmond, VA. Close to Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, Local Breweries, Historical Byrd Theater, downtown, Browns Island, Belle Island, and many other local RVA Historical sites. House is fully furnished and will sleep up to 6 people. Includes internet, washer and dryer, Coffee, and office workspace. Great for a corporate rental! House is pet friendly but I do charge ADDITIONAL $20 per day per pet fee. Don't miss out on this RVA gem!

Seashore.

The original schoolhouse for Edgemere that was built in 1898 and converted to a residential home/marina in the 1950s. With over 2,200 sq. ft., it's a perfect environment for wedding venue preparations, family and friend reunions. Please don't exceed maximum number of twelve (12) guests at any one time in the house, during the day; or ten (10) staying the night in the house. Additional Pirate & Mermaid Bath House on property will be available by end of May 2024.
