Each unit is 900sf with 2 bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen and living room with front and rear porch access. The rear porch overlooks a natural pond teeming with wading birds and other wildlife. Guests are provided the essentials: bed linens, towels/bath clothes, cookware, and keurig coffee maker. Unit #2 is on the 2nd level right.

The beach is huge and it has plenty of room for our beach chairs and umbrellas! If the beach isn't for you enjoy sitting around the oversized pool. Perfect for couples or a small family! Come and enjoy our little cozy condo!

Kooks Kabana - Water Front

Charming waterfront private entrance 1 bedroom apartment. Just a block and a half from the beach, and right on the water! Feel free to use the tiki bar and deck and hot tub. Use of bikes, kayaks and soft top surfboards available upon request. We live upstairs and may be able to provide a free surf lesson when we are free The home is 1.5 blocks away from the ocean. Pets are welcome with owner permission and a $25/pet fee
